No, proxy doesn't matter. My friend posted from proxy and it stick.

Its because of the Big 'G's Product review update.
Most of the sites traffic declined and the reviews unstuck.
And those without reviews even a test sites gone up.

ALL YOUR ASSUMPTIONS ARE WRONG. THIS IS LIKE LAST YEAR. DUE TO COVID 19 IN INDIA GOOGLE CALL CENTERS ARE NOT WORKING. TILL YESTERDAY STAR RATINGS WERE WORKING. LOCKDOWN IS UP TO 1 ST MAY.

I'm not in India. Google reviews posted from USA works normal

Are you sure they are working? Or just an assumption. Coz our US listings are facing issue even when reviews done from US mobile.
And you not need to be India, I told Google call center offices are in India. That mostly handle review part.

I asked friend from USA yesterday to post reviews and he did from real IP and from vpn and it's work. I posted from europe with with vpn and it's not working. When i post for my area it stick. Something with location I guess. Maybe google recognize now real device location

It is world wide.
Yesterday my review worked on one listing but not on others. Last year same has happened for two months. When there was lockdown in Mumbai.
