Passive income - Does it not become boring?

For those who only work at home with a passive income; doesn't it become boring? Like do you ever wish you had a normal job and went to the office just to meet other people?
Cus I am 16 and making a decent passive income, I only have to work like once a month for a few hours. I go to school so I meet people everyday, but when I picture myself in the future, just sitting at home, no job, no school, only working once a month, It just seems a little depressing and boring.

I do both until I can afford to become dependant on self employment.

Let me tell you right now. There is not one bone in my entire body that wants to work for someone else. Too put in tons of effort to be threatened with redundancies because they can't manage their business properly. To get laughed at when asking for a pay rise. To be told you can't go to the doctors because the customers are more important. To be told when you can have your days off because "business needs" come first.

You will perform your best in a company, and they will treat you as you are, just another number in their system. FUCK. THAT.

Yes. In a similar position but older. Tempted to get another job again to pass the time and have regular social interactions.

If your goal is to just hit a certain level and live off of it, maybe, but then you do other things with your time. More likely, you'll find that when you do hit that point you move on to bigger opportunities and/or discover that the idea of perpetual passive income without any work on your part is harder than it seems when you first start.

The end goal of having passive income is not having to go to work everyday, but pursuing your other interests. Whether that be sports or creative that is the key.

To actually succeed at this you will need to surround yourself with people in a similar boat as you. You will lose friends, but you will gain friends that are on the path to freedom.

Try to expand man , working from home doesnt actually mean working from your bedroom or bathroom , you can actually be working from beach in the philippines / thai .... airoport , it get really interresting , especially if you have a team that work under you , its FREEDOM , meeting peoples , getting lost is some bad streets in some country ..... get a hobby too and start with drugs they really help (joke)

Passive income gains you time which for many is the most valuable thing you can have. You can choose to spend that time however you like, including starting your next passive income generating venture. How I spend my time depends on goals and what I value for my own subjective well being. There are a million things to do, places to go, and people to see if you seek them. If I am ever bored with a surplus of time, it is because I am being boring.

Oh ye, I can totally relate to that.
I had quite a few achievements stolen from me and used as an pretext to promote the fuckers below me to a position much higher than mine.

If it just lucky it provides me stable income

They are all bastards mate, whenever someone gets promoted to manager that's not me, I drop all management duties and refuse to do them. Watch them sweat and watch them burn when they realise they are not up for the job.

The fun part of passive income is that you can do whatever you want. Pursuing hobbies or sports or outside activities and you are bound to meet people.

Also, if you earn enough you can just move into a small Italian fishing town where everyone knows everyone. In the evening you will hang out with the local old fisherman, listening to the crazy stories, while slowly sipping your Aperol spritz as the sun sets over the Adriatic. Way I imagine it it's not boring

You always have a choice to travel, make new friends or work on some projects with a group of people even if you make lots of money doing little work.
