DA doesn't affect rankings lol.
Why would a measurement that MOZ make affect an algorithm that google created?
It doesn't lol. It's just a correlation, it basically means, if you know what your doing in SEO, you can use DA to quick scope keywords, that's it. It literally has nothing to do with rankings, it's mainly for keyword research.
The only time you would "buy" DA, is when your wanting to sell a site to someone who has no idea what they are doing in SEO.

Services that claim to increase DA and deliver their promise usually use low quality backlinks.. They spam using automatic tools.. Its just the game of high volumes rather than quality. DA is a third party metric and Google have nothing to do with DA.
Where as Google hates such backlinks.. and penalize them. Means such sites never rank for any decent keywords.

DA is metric based on Moz, not ahrefs.
about your question, what you need to pay attention to (expecting movement on SERP) is the quality of backlinks you have(and much more factor), not how high your DA score is.
DA can be easily manipulated btw.

Those "DA" services is mostly used by PBN sellers to sell their shit links that look "strong" with their pumped metrics, not to rank a site (IMO).
And $2k? Sounds extremely overpriced.
PBNs can be good, but I have a feeling the ones you got are shit. Where did you buy this?
Like I said before; please do more research into SEO so you know what you're doing, before throwing money on it.

I wouldn't use thse PBNs to a money site. Maybe on your tier 2/3 backlinks.

Your DA increasing has absolutely nothing to do with ranking better...
For the third time: Read up on SEO more, before you throw any more money on a site that won't go anywhere.
A good rule of thumb is to use PBNs that cost $10+/each (not that it always means they're good, but a rule of thumb).
How old is your site? Which services did you get? If it's a new site and you blasted $2k worth of cheap PBNs and other services, it probably won't go well.
