Hey,
This is a very quick twist that I've been trying and banking on - please don't overdo it otherwise they'll clock onto it.
Stuff Needed Before Getting Started:
1. Get a quick warez domain - can be anything
2. Get an uploading domain - something like hotdownloadings.info or something - doesn't matter.
3. Grab some RS links - got to be popular files.
4. If you don't have access to CP4l3ad or adscendmedia's gateway - then get any content locker from here.
Method:
Once you have got all these files - the work starts:
1. What you need to do is first set up the uploading domain - what we're going to do is protect the RS link you have with a content locker - this is why I prefer adscendmedia's file gateway since the file is secure and they can never find it - if you can get an account there - you can make $100's a day.
2. Otherwise what you do is throw up a HTML file with a button and a table - make the upload site look legit - have a look at hotfile or mediafire and try and make it like that - it'll take 5 minutes in dreamweaver.
3. Add a "download" button, and once they click on it, lead them to the content locked gateway - what you need to do is store the RS link elsewhere - so that even if they look at the source they cant see it - you may need to involve some mysql and php here.
4. But if you want to do this quick and dirty - just put a hyperlink saying "download here" but put the content gateway there so they have to fill out the offer first.
5. Each file you have to offer - you'll have to make a seperate html on your fake upload site, and everytime you do, all you do is post it on your warez download site. Now that all the hard work is done, all you need to do is go on sites like this:
And because you haven't got a gateway on your actual site that you'll submit to them - they'll never know that you've got a gateway on the download link since they just check the main site 
What you basically have just done is just made your own sharecash website but rather than getting 0.40 per download - you get $1-2 per download - the ddl sites should give you at least 200 downloads a day - averaging around $200/day
If your site does get blocked - just repeat the whole process again, each time making a subtle difference to your upload site for obvious reasons.
