Google Broad Core Update December 2020

SemRush reporting heavy volatility and with it the last remaining scraps google left to our site seem to be gone. It's as if we are being punished for the early update surge in traffic.

As opposed to what I've seen here...

Big brands like Pinterest, Amazon, Aliexpress and NY times saw a drop courtesy of this Dec update.

Most sites claims Google was targeting E.A.T as a few sites that were impacted by the May Update and have been working on their E.A.T saw a little increase.

Can someone point me to some of the coolest guides on E.A.T

SemRush sensor is very high... personal score on each of my projects... 0.5. Although I am starting to see negative movements on a site that wasn't impacted.

It is the season of goodwill, but I truly hope Santa brings google a massive bag of fuck the fuck off.

Ho Ho Ho

Yeah It keeps moving. Whatever they said on Twitter is just BS.

I don't think that google push Pinterest intentionally, they launched their own pinterest( the one that staykeen), why do they need to help their competitors on purpose? My thoughts that Pinterest just magically matched to search model that was build by Google AI system which responsible for search.
Who knows.

P.S:My ranks keep falling according to Semrush, but GSC told me that my traffic increased on 20%. I'm confused with Google and his updates. I hope that rumors about Jan. 3 update are only joke, i will not handle that)

looks like Google finished core update and started another core update =)

Huge fluctuations in American and European traffic. Many are saying good, many are saying bad. So, many mixed reactions..:confused:

Seriously Google is Broken. I gained search engine visibility by 30% also my rankings are stable. But my markup schema is gone

Basically there's nothing more anyone can do. Google is simply ranking the richest sites.

If you got money, you'll rank. Even by using others' contents like Pinterest. No need for original content or anything like that.
Monopoly is always dangerous for the larger society.

Lol, my site started tanking two days before the update after steadily climbing. Now it's literally like... gone from Google and nothing new has been indexed since the first week in December. =*(

I've pushed new posts to social media and have had people come to the page and read, and even share, but still nothing.

I don't want to hear their BS about making good content, either, because a couple of the sites that rose to the top of the SERPs are not even readable.

Also, how it is a good user experience to rank a 2,000-word article for something that can be answered in 200? I'd be pissed if I clicked on that shit organically and had to either go back or scroll through the first 1500 words of crap with ads slowing my goddamn computer down the whole time.

can you mention your niche at very high level? i.e. health, technology, cow tipping, etc.
