1. do your residential proxy is static? if not how long in average your proxy stick?
2. do i need install your software to use your proxy? or i just can use any proxy software (ex: proxifier)

You can choose static or dynamic. Static can auto change after 10 minutes of after day - it is unpredictable.
You do not need special software, you can add proxy in network settings, or you can use add-on such as FoxyProxy.

why can't i buy less bandwidth such as 5 or 10 gb? forces me to buy at least 50 gb

not gonna lie this is a pretty good deal. $50 for 50 gb US rotating residential proxies? god damn. these are residential IP addresses right? how many US ip addresses do you have in the pool. what's the catch here?
