I am looking to see the value of a local commercial roofing website based out of Chicago.

The site is producing 400 calls monthly, 100-150 of those calls are real leads, the rest are spam. 100-150 Commercial roofing leads monthly comes anywhere from $10-20K monthly in PPL revenue.

I'm thinking the site could be worth anywhere around $200-300K but would like to know your input. Thanks!!

I I would believe that that number of new roof sales would generate that sort of commission, having worked in home improvement before, I have a hard time believing that your numbers add up... A new roof depending on the size of the house would run 10 to 20K {comma} that's the sales price... assuming you had 100% conversion rate on all of the sales leads, sure but that's completely impossible.. and frankly even then, 10% commission on a home improvement job is outlandishly high... Don't get me wrong, the site is definitely worth something but nowhere near the $200 or 300 Grand you think it is
