I bought a residential IPV6 proxy and sale as pending. I already made the payment and it was reduced from my card, but I did not receive anything and it also appears as if I had not made anything. Order # 17229. I can show captures and all to prove that i did it.

I bought this ipv6 rotating residential proxies after checking from BHW. but this provider is literally a scammer didn't even get a confirmation mail and I raised the ticket but no replay yet. I demand my refund and also i want to report this scamming website to BHW admin. I attached every detail even i dint get the proxies

Hello,
first of all, we do have a bug with stripe they are not processing things automatically for last week and we are working on resolving this issue, so we are facing such delays.
besides that your proxies are delivered, as we didn't get any request by refund in the ticket or email your question WAS only about the order delivery
which what we did
So please before take fast decision and call scammer and complain to be patient, if we are delay then you can contact us by email, which i did reply you in few mints after i got your email.
BHW thread is not a place for requesting a refund.

How can I cancel the recurring for the payment? Not sure why you guys not using Paypal as it's much easier. Now I cant manage my recurring payments. Hope I'm not being charged to both my cards again next month, or I will need to raise dispute and cancel my credit card. Real troublesome.

already resolved.
PayPal closes our accounts ( till now 3 got closed, my personal, my business and my partner ) no reply from them, even a few of our client their PayPal get closed without any reason.
