I get this message when I'm using my real bank card, what is the reason?

Couple of weeks ago I created 2 accounts that I let run til threshold limit and did not pay the balance. Ever since then I get this message when trying to do it legit.
I ordered a new card from my bank and tried today with a VPN, I thought maybe my IP was flagged, but that does not seem to be the cause.

Do anyone know how I can bypass this? I would like to start fresh and pay for my ads lol. Is it anyway to do this?
The new card was from the same bank though, do you think I'll get same problem if I'm using another bank in my country?

yeah your ip is still traceable....lol

Try to create an account and add funds manually or run on a vps and go back normal after some weeks

This is a general problem with google ads and your card may actually not be the issue here

you need to found out how the below activities could be affecting you

your keywords

your lander

and your ip,

if the first two above have no issues ,meaning you are not trying to run some grey or blackhat ads ,then you can get a vcc for more trials

there are many sellers on this platform for you to get a vcc from ..you will also need to use a different ip to avoid further suspensions

The above explanation is not exhaustive,but serve as a starting point to getting you back on google

he could have been banned for other reasons while the message from google will be for payment

Continouse testing... You could hire some one also to help you make the checks

If you used the same billing address on your 2 accounts, then that's how they catching you

Don't use the same machine to create new accounts, better use a VPS. Also, try to use different details when creating the account.

Just because they say "suspicious payment" doesn't mean it has something to do with your credit card. Basically, they can tell you any reason they want to get rid of your account. You as an individual got no chance to figure out what is really the problem.

Might be the IP, VPN connection, keywords, website, etc.

This shit is happening a lot on Google these days. They deleted some of my accounts/apps for ridiculous reasons. It seems to be a general problem all over Google.

Nowadays, suspension due to payment, in most cases is not in reality due to payment. There could be a problem in your niche(s) and / or campaign setups. Now, please kindly DO NOT reply to me asking for solutiions to that for free. You need to do some work yourself : Check GAds official policies and see if your niche(s) are allowed or restricted or not allowed, see if your ad texts (if you do search campaigns) are compliant .... And these are NOT all ... There is a LOT more. You need to do YOUR research and experimentation and find out what you are doing wrong. Or, post in WTB or Hire A Freelancer section of BHW, that you want to hire a GAds expert to help you with GAds account creations and / or campaign setups.
