So what is your lockdown story?

I did It. I left the job and went full SOLO.

Started 2 new businesses. Got a lot stronger. Got people around me on the 'healthy train'.
Overall, pretty positive months here!

Banned from AdSense with two days left to receive more than $7k .. But we are here, healthy, life goes on :D

all this covid time since April i am sitting at small beach town, feeling comfy, swimming, hiking, SEO
would like to visit a few countries, but will wait 3-4 months more

Job is closed for a while. Started to make money online and stocks. Stocks is the best option rn as Economies dropped and you can buy at low price it will be back to normal end of december :D

I don't get how these are low stock prices, the stimulus from the government rocketed some of these companies, or maybe its because I follow tech stocks only but they seems like there bubbling, waiting to see if it goes down for me to buy in

Are you swing trading / day trading, or hold long term? I tend to hold long term but mainly US stocks. Long term as in 2-5 years. Stocks like $AMD and $NVDA seem like its too high of a moonshot, I regret selling early but will buy back if it dips, everything seems expensive unless your a swing trader or day trader then volatility is a dream. Long term stocks usually have a cycle of ups and downs

I learnt to be happy on my own. :)

Lockdown has brought me my biggest success , and my hardest failure.

It’s taught me that I should be happy with myself regardless of the situation i’m currently in - whether it’s good or bad.

A lot of people seem to need validation from others to feel at peace nowadays.

ive been in lock down since march.
food delivered by online shopping - eggs and spuds delivered from a local farm.
all bills paid. i did have a bad miss-hap last week. i peed on my foot.

Well, nothing interesting. Oh maybe just that I finished university this summer.

I had big plans for this year, but they cannot be carried out due to the coronavirus and this lockdown.

It's hard for me to sit at home, here I'm going crazy. I want to go to cafes, see friends, travel, go to the gym, visit relatives. And I'm really sick without it all. But I understand that we just have to endure some time.

I'm afraid it will take six months or more again

Got married about a month into lockdown to an awesome girl who I’ve been driving nuts. My work that I manage at shut down permanently due to covid last month found another job and then THAT one just closed permanently too. So now I’m looking for online jobs, working on a blog, and seriously considering taking my seo and marketing full time. Gotta keep the little lady fed somehow. Haha.

mrpositive - keep it up my guy!

Tested several things, learned a lot of new things and pushed myself every day in the last 6 months of pandemic
The first 3 were totally wasted but that's fine

Due to months of being isolated and being with my computer 24/7 - I discovered I'm into weird fetishes like Water Sports and Edging.

I also only go out once a month to do a months worth of groceries for the whole family. All of us work from home right now - the Pandemic is still very bad where I came from.

It's been 10 months now that we've been completely mostly just at home - I forgot how deodorant and socks feels like as well.

I read just about every Jeeves book and drank a lot of gin and tonics. Started smoking and stopped about 5 times. I've been around nothing but family unless I leave the house to ship things, visit one of a few people, or go to the store or bank. That's sort of a preference anyways, but I never get laid anymore. Christmas was good.

Lately I've spent about 16 hours a day doing research and working. I was working out and playing the guitar a lot, and I'd like to start doing that again.

I can't say it's been a 100% curse since the lockdowns did have a silver lining... at least as far as my family is concerned.

Still, I can do without the FEAR and UNCERTAINTY it's caused

Fought my way out of drugs, depression and false friends. Been very lonely but finally getting stuff done that way. Started to have a vision again and a belief in myself.
