Gary Vaynerchuk is THE best.

After watching his streams that include big CEOs like the CEO of mastercard, and jon taffer. He is the real thing. His advice is gold.

Go watch him, especially if you are losing motivation.

GaryVee was the guy that helped me develop a business mindset a few years ago. I haven’t followed him much lately much lately but the guy knows what he’s talking about!

Brother. I urge you not to follow / worship / seek motivation and inspiration from the likes of Gary V, Grant Cardone, Tai Lopez etc. It's like cocaine - the imitation of the real thing. These guys are like commentators in the sport of boxing / MMA. If you want to win the game, study the boxers, not the commentators.

Please do not take this post the wrong way. I'm not trying to troll you. But for many years I've followed these guys. Their content is like cocaine - it gives you a temporary high, but nothing that will benefit you in the long run. They are either doing this to sell courses (Grant and Tai Lopez) or just doing it to feed their ego (the ones who do not need to sell courses, cuz they've made their fortunes already, but missed out on the clout and respect during their journey, so they become speakers / commentators / lecturers / podcast organisers etc).

I was like you till a year ago. But the major breakthrough in my mindset and career happened just last year when I completely gave up following these guys.

I urge you to experiment something. Watch the full Ycombinator winter 2020 videos on Youtube. Listen to Naval Ravikant's podcast "How to make money" and read the last 100 tweets of Nassim Nicholas Taleb. The combination of these three will make you smarter than the guys you are currently following.
 
Gary V is a good motivator. I won't lie about that, like he says just go and do it instead of watching the videos.

There's no such thing as underpaid. If a person agreed to work for $x dollars x hours this is an agreement that works for both. He doesn't enslave or force anyone to work. The beauty/design of the office is a matter of preference, not an indicator of success.

It is an indicator of self-serving behavior. If someone treats their employees poorly, why would you trust them to give good advice?

You should expect them to give self-serving advice, which will likely be detrimental to you.

Tai prefers rental mansions and cars, Gary prefers messy offices, that's a matter of choice. Not everyone needs luxury surroundings to attract attention.

I don't see it as treating poorly, I see it as a legal agreement between employer and employee. He is not the last person in the world, so it makes total sense to me why would he give advice and why would someone listen to him. I don't listen/watch his podcasts or videos, but again, some prefer Tai, some prefer Osho.

I've met Sadhguru a few times. This was ten years ago when he wasn't very popular in mainstream media. I worked as a volunteer in Isha Yoga.

Sadhguru is a different dimension I haven't necessarily learned about wealth generation from him, but learned how to conduct myself in negotiations, inclusive expansion (that is, not to squeeze value out of the other person but Collab with him/her for a win-win deal).

I'm following Naval Ravikant closely since the last 6 months only. And I notice that his tweets about money and happiness is inclined towards Sadhguru's teachings.
