[PROVEN METHOD] Passive Income through POD Websites

Not at all. I mena I know my way around photoshop but that's all you need.

I'd worry about that. I found that having one general store was better than multiple niche stores.

I'm not sure what the rules are against posting links to your own blog here (These are my first posts after years of lurking) but I run a blog where I talk about POD and everything I have done to go from 0 to 1000/month.
Can you send me the link of the blog in dm?

Yeah. If you want to start seeing sales quickly. Try some year designs... They are evergreen.
Thanks! Do you mean designs like “I was born 1990, that’s why I’m a VIP ” :D

Watching. I can see that print-on-demand is still doing good. I will give it a try very soon.

Any success with social media?

I didn't bother with social media either. A bit of Pinterest, but any time was better spent uploading art. If you put 5 pieces up a day for a month you're already ahead of 1000's of others on the site. You'll be banned if you upload absolute shite but honestly coming up with designs is not the toughest part of POD, powering through the Upload processes is.

You make it sound like you can fart and get traffic! Literally the hardest part of this is getting traffic!
That's also the most EXCITING PART - solve this part and you make $$$

Decent write up! I was in the POD game for several years and still have 1000's of designs live, which continue to make a small passive income.

The major problem that has been omitted is "copy cats" flooding the market with very similar design to any that make sales, and this happens almost instantly.

Plagiarism is rife because of the low point of entry, and even when you hit the nail on the head with a design and traffic source, the platform will have 100's of cheaper design alternatives overnight.

I got sick of doing all the hard research and design work, just to be undercut with "similar" designs.

The only way to make it work these days is creating a brand and using very intricate stylized designs that can't be copied easily. Designs that take weeks, not minutes to create cuts in to the scalability of the process, but does prevent the 1000's of scavengers stealing your ideas.

Very good point. I will include this in the risks.

I faced this when I was doing FBM. When we started with 100 products and one of them was getting 100+ sales a day. There were similar copies and unfortunately... When the same design is uploaded on Merch account... The product shows as "Sold & Shipped by Amazon". You will lose a lot of sales. We started hitting back at these copycats. I uploaded Millions of products. I get 100s of sales every day out of millions of products... So my designs are not on the radar.

Wow, millions of products uploading, that's a lot of work.

It's a set and forget. We have in-house tools.

This is the problem with most of these "miracle" methods.
Trust me... You should make money with just high-quality designs. You don't need to bring traffic to those websites. You need traffic only to scale further. If you are using Amazon Merch... Amazon Ads works great.

can we upload the same design to multiple sites?

and why do you need multiple accounts on Redbubble? is there any limit or something?
