Microsoft has several platformes/website, I spotted 3 of them that provide d0 follow backlinks with lot of fields you can fill to make it a bit contextual
It's all profile links, and what you need is just to fill one of them, and Microsoft will create the others
Go there

Don't forget the /profile/, if you don't, you'll be redirected to another page.
"Sign-in" in the right top corner, and create your Microsoft account (or just login if you already have an outlook/hotmail e-mail).
Then, edit your profile. It looks like this :

As always, make sure to fill whatever you can fill. And save.

Then.
If you want to make your profile better than 80% of all the other subscribed, go to the forum

Find a subject you can answer to, and giv'em a good answer with 5/6 text lines. Don't be spammy, don't use URL, don't talk about your niche, just give a good answer.
These will get your first reward, visible on your profile.

Actually if you complete the profile on social.microsoft.com you get the bronze medal so no need to reply to a question on the forum

I was doing this 4 years ago,I think best tactics is asking the question and saying that I could not find the answer even on this website in add website link.
