None of these methods are whitehat.
Only whitehat method is content creation and distribution on social media.

The only white hat way of gaining links that I'm aware of is content marketing. Write a bit of content and share it with everyone who might be interested and hopefully they'll link to it. You're not even allowed technically to ask for a link to it if I remember correctly.
