What's wrong with people from 2nd/3rd tier countries ?

I was reading some threads here on BHW and I noticed one important thing.
People from 1st tier countries need lots of money to live and some are able to make it in IM. They make like 100$/day and that sounds little to them.
People from 3rd tier countries who needs just a bit of money to live can’t make that bit of money and just thinking of earning that on IM sounds like a dream.

What’s wrong with us ?

I mean, I have a day job, I study at night, and in spare time I try to make some IM.
But I just need to make 10$/day at this point to live confortably and I could even quit my job.

There are people who need to make 100$ a day to live in their country and 100$ sounds little to them.
So, what is wrong with us, people from 2nd and 3rd tier countries ?

Are we lazier than them ?
Are we dumber ?
What is that one thing we have to change to achieve those 10$ a day that would make our life financially easy ?

Like man! I'm from a 3rd world country and I told my mama that I am making six zeros, now six zeros in my currency is like $3k and she was like it's too much.

I work hard, I work so fucking hard yet the $3k seems far-fetched for me.

What exactly is wrong!!!

I need it has to do with the subconscious mind. We're not dumber/lazier etc it's the system, the surroundings, the social we take part in it, the friends circle etc. If your subconscious mind sees around that 10$ is good, then it will search for ways to make only 10$ per day. If you look around you and see people that do 100$ day and this is the norm, then the subconscious mind will push you to 100$ per day.

Well, my subconscious mind better get ready cause this year it's $4000 We Are Making..... Fuck that poor mindset.

I think this hits the nail on the head. Paradox of life. Some have food and can not eat, while some can eat but have no food. However there is still a crop of people from third world countries that have food and can eat. Rather than worry about the others (because you cant change them), strive to be in the last group.

You a 9jarian?

From my personal point of view (living in a 3rd world country, next to Russia);
  • On average, people make around €700 per month here (might be more, might be less).

  • Most of the 20+ years olds (including myself) live solo, work at a job, study and train. You pretty much have no time left nor you can invest into your idea much. You either save money up and run a so-called "test" only once per month or you have to find a investor since for most of us - our parents are sadly as broke as we are ourselves. When that time of the month comes (when you can invest), it almost feels like a blessing and a curse at the same time.

  • So, €700 per month on average, right? A pretty basic apartment (studio, for an example) costs around €180-€250 per month + around €80-€100 per month goes in communal payments. Then comes your phone/internet bill which is around €30 in total. Budget food + hygiene will cost you around €100 per month if you eat 2-3 times per day. If you study, you might have taken a credit loan from the bank and lets say you pay them the minimum which would be around €60 per month (of course, depending on where you study). And if you train, that's probably another €25-€50, depending on where you train (gym, boxing, etc.). Forgot to include - gas money to get to work, approximately €50-€100, also depends on where you work, how you get there.
In the end, you barely have anything left to save or invest. And trust me, this is not in the worst case. And most of the people that I know who are really out there grinding to keep it all together, they work two jobs. The payment is silly if compared to what you can make overseas for working the same amount of hours, that's why many of the "youngens" are heading to United Kingdom during the summer season (3 months) or even more, then Norway, Germany and other countries.

I'd definitely say it is hard for us to make it, indeed, but at the same time - it's a pretty interesting journey and experience in general. It makes us mentally and physically prepared for whatever the life throws at us at such a young age already.

As far as am concern, it's not a matter of being dumb, bro did you ever compare the price of data here in Nigeria to places like India?, did your network provide ever goes 48 - 72 hours without fucking you up? did you ever have people who are supposed to be self dependent still depending on you?

as at last week Monday my account was totally flat i mean #0 in my savings, and am low on subscription despite that am still able to get money to renew my data subscription and have even spent much more than my mother earns, within llast week till now, but the truth is we never realise our potentials and we are always looking for a get rich quick scheme so we failed to see opportunity around us. and when someone does we become jealous of such people and many might even end up deveoping hatred for them.

Who is fucking you up? Airtel or Glo?

Read a sentence somewhere. It said- "The low earner always stays lower and live on dreams. The reason is they thrive with cheap cost-high quality attitude, which is never proportional. They'd often look for cheaper product to start with, and they do often break early and they invest in another cheaper one after; whilst the high earner invest in quality irrevelant of cost that'll last long and long term.

So low earners actually ends up spending more in the long term with less return. Since there are more low earners than high earners, the rich gets richest from all the collectives."

Point is given the condition of livin, entry barrier may be hard for 3rd world in compared to 1st world. So you actually ends up in a cycle, damn. But invest in long term and increase the per day $.

You are not native English speakers, that's a huge disadvantage.

Life isn't the same, expenses aren't the same and the mentality isn't the same also.

I guess it`s because of different prices, living conditions and needs

Depends how you look at it. Speaking a Scandinavian language, I'm able to profit an awful lot of money from targeting a market that consists of people with one of the highest GDP per capita.

Speaking English is an advantage in many situations. But you're competing against millions of people for the same market.

Scandinavian people know English well, that's for sure

You(people from third world countries) have less money to invest and are more afraid of losing 200-300$ in testing.

I think thats the main reason.
Very true. Those who are investing are already earning good money.

I came here to find out what a 3rd tier country is.

Have countries become like link building layers?

Basically a stupid way of ranking countries that was originally form the Cold War Era where 1st = Nato, 2nd = Warsaw 3rd = neutral, now its in reference to "Poor countries". Of course many times the "Poor Countries" aren't poor anymore but people keep calling them 3rd world while ignoring the HDI growth.

Thanks but I was pretty sure those where 1st and 3rd world though, I was wondering about 1st and 3rd tiers.

OP post doesn't make sense. There is 7 billion of people on the planet, show me the stats, your personal thoughts doesn't matter.

This and don't forget that tier 1 countries also got the highest paying markets. Obviously it's easier to gain a foothold in those markets if there is no cultural / lingual barrier.

These tiers are usually used to rank countries in regards of wealth / purchasing power. Tier 1 being the most competitive geos and tier 3 being the ones where a lead / click / whatever if usually worth the least. They're very loose terms tho, not universally defined and not to be confused with the historical three worlds theory. Obviously Sweden is a very valuable geo, but they're technically a 3rd world country.

Wait.

SWE is a 3rd world country? Never heard of that.

There is no problem about T1, T2 or T3 countries.. The majority of people from T2 and T3 countries make their income offline in real jobs or businesses.. Now when it comes to online income.. The people who make REAL money online do not boast how much money they make!! It is all about maturity.. They will not tell you "Oh Shit!! OMG I make 100K USD per week!" only kids do that on online forums.. so you will never know who from which country makes how much daily or monthly! Concentrate on yourself and do not worry about other peoples online income no matter where they are from...
