CPM based networks, what to expect ?

Hi,
yesterday I got the "Ad serving has been limited " from adsense , I still don't know why, anyways , I decided to try cpm based networks, but the cpm is extremely low , I have no idea if it is normal or not,here are the results:

the number of impressions is pretty low , maybe the fill rate is extremely low ?

thank you , but that's not what I really wanted to know , I need to know if those cpm I attached are normal or not

No its not.
If u have a returning fanbase i would not recommend adsterra. If u just wanna make money and squeeze ur traffic then adsterra is for u. Remove native ads and place some banners and a popunder. Tier 1 will make u money especially usa. 3$ to 4$ cpm expected.

If those would be high revenus, why the heck people try to use adsense that much? Of course they will pay less, low advertisers = low revenue.

You should at least try pop apds type, that would pay at least $3-5 cpm for USA

I see, my experience with adsense was way better indeed, my rpm was around 0.8$ , but getting Ad serving has been limited for invalid traffic randomly is pretty sad ,I am okay with a 0.3$ cpm if the network won't push me out one day for no reason , do you have any network in mind ?

What to expect; VERY low pay for the amount of traffic you bring. I suggest you go with some CPA networks, try PPS/PPL and rev-share and see what works for you

Those ad networks I’ll avoid on a money site, go for better ad networks, and if you research you’ll find those ad networks do get low cpms

I don't know if they are using fake accounts to promote them in blackhatworld, but most suggestions I read are about them.
do you have any suggestion in mind ?

What you expect when trying Adsterra? If you don't mind getting paid every 60 days , will recommend you using Hooligan media.

Well, best quality network to use is propellerads for an advertiser. Their traffic is legit, because they dont count invalid, proxy, trash traffic. For example if visitor comes and just closes (within 2 seconds) it doesnt count etc. But for publisher, you can try popcash, popads.net
