Hey everyone! I hope everyone's being safe out there and again cherishing this time with family, learning new skills, and hustling hard on their own ventures.

This update is gonna cover July. Ive never did an update covering a month 1 day after it ends haha.


The Goals:
[x] Monetization enabled// Goal achieved by partnering with an individual.
[x] $100 per month // Goal achieved 2/15/20
[x] $1,000 per month// Goal achieved 2/23/20
[x] $10,000 per month// GOAL ACHIEVED!!!!! WOOHOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! 8/1/20

[/] Cover my parents' rent. Covering 1/2 for now which is a start:)
[] Buy my brother a new iPad. Planning to buy this in AUG 2020.

The Plan:
Here is what im currently doing now in my YouTube life.

Channel 1 (niche= WatchMojo)
  • This is so systemized, it's almost 90% complete passive. All i do is research and upload now. My money maker hands down.
  • Currently making anywhere from $400-$1200/ day.
  • Total for the month: ~$15,000

Channel 2 (niche= sports)

  • This is systemized, 90% passive.
  • Currently making anywhere form $50-$150/ day.
  • Total for the month: ~$1,500

Channel 3 (niche= celebrities)
  • This channel will be launching in august

Channel 4 (niche= celebrities)
  • This channel will be launching in august

Channel 5 (niche= celebrity)
  • Paused til Q4

Channel 6 (niche= technology)
  • Gonna rebrand this channel and go the anime/ tv shows/ movies route.

: Channel 7 (niche= celebrities)
  • This channel has died down. Only making pennies per day now.
  • Rev share is 50/50
  • Currently being worked on.

Channel 7 (niche= sports)
  • DEMONETIZED
NEW: Channels 9 & 10 (niche= trending news)
  • This channel is not making money yet BUT because it's so passive, im only charging my friends $900 a month to manage.

Ehy man,your journey really inspired me to start again with my YouTube journey as in my country there is not much competition and I know I can succeed,I really want to learn from you

My plan is to start first with white animation videos as I don't have budget for outsource a compilation channel for months,then move the budget earned in compilation/top 10 videos outsourcing everything

i have a few questions
1)Do you suggest me to start with whiteboard animation video?i will do stuff about personal development in my language,do you think potentially the earnings is good ?
2)Do yu suggest me to buy a monetized channel and what are things i have to pay more attention tooas i want this to be a long term business?

What a last 10 days it's been!!! Im on track to break $3,000 for the month.

With that being said, I'm committing to posting 3 times a week while my partner is posting 4 times a week.

I think if my video had gone viral earlier this month, I wouldve been able to break 10k.

The Goals:

The Plan:
Here's what im currently doing:
  • Im only uploading a video every 3 videos a week while my partner uploads 4.
  • Total videos uploaded since November: 20 videos
  • Lowest viewed video: 81 views
  • Highest viewed video: 940k views
  • I have 1 script writer who is a machine ($0.015/word)
  • I have 3 voiceover artists ($0.015/word)
  • I have 6 video editors ($6/ minute)
  • I have 1 project manager ($9/hour)
  • Thumbnails+ SEO done by me

The goal for March is to also have THREE videos go viral. A viral video usually makes $3k a month, then afterwards a few $100s per month. When I get 3 videos to go viral, I should break the $10k mark.

The Overhead:
~Each video costs about $105 to make posting 3 times a week.
~I'm teaching my project manager how to work my business. I pay her $45 a week.

The Channel Statistics:
Channel was started on December 17, 2019
- Last 28 days: $2700 for revenue (but it only dates to February 25th)

As always, i want to make this post a bit more valuable to you guys:
DELEGATION/OUTSOURCING/ SYSTEMS: It's pretty key to running any business or agency. The only reason I continue doing thumbnails+ SEO myself is because I enjoy it. Im working tirelessly to hire more writers, voiceover artists, and video editors. Lately, I've been creating videos to teach my project manager how I run my channel and video creation agency. We've been on phone calls for the past 3 days at 1-2 hours at a time going step by step how my system works. CREATE SYSTEMS. My goal is to eventually be 95% hands off my agency or even 100% hands off so that it runs itself. Regarding my YouTube channels though, the goal is to be 90% hands off.

Don't be afraid to show someone the ropes. Taking control and starting your own business is one thing, but once you're generating revenue, come up with systems and learn to let someone else handle the business for you. That way, you can really wreak the benefits of money working for you to make you more money.

The account is linked to my own adsense account. I partned with the guy and came up with a deal. Im not gonna take all the money for myself haha.

1. I havent, its something ive never tested nefore.
2. It's part of the deal. I upload 3 times a week, my partner uploads 4. this posting 1 a day.

Incase anyone is wondering, how our JV works with my partner:
I get 80% of the revenue, he gets 20%.
I teach him everything I know along the process.
Im primary owner of the channel, and I also own the email as well as the YT account is linked to my adsense account.
He posts 4 times a week while I post 3 times a week.

Now a lot of you may be saying that I definitely got the better bargain, but the education and way I do things on YouTube is probabaly priceless. He's more than welcome to start his own channels with the knowledge im teaching him. Plus, 20% of 30k isnt too bad, riight?;)
