Unfortunately there is something going on with this service, I have already hired 5 times and the quality is really good, however the last times the deliveries are taking too long. I hope it is something temporary, I would like to know if they are partially on vacation to justify the delay in the delivery of orders
 
My order#43414 has taken too long. It is the 8th day. Please respond because I need the items urgently.
 
I placed order over 8 days ago, was told delivery Monday but still waiting. I think it may be something to do with coronavirus situation.

Placed an order 7 days ago, got confirmation that payment went trough and no contact since then.

Just automated email today that they are on vacation since today and my order still not delivered.

Very bad experience so far.
 
The work will continue on September 4th?
I hope this is a bad joke. I cannot wait 3 weeks for this order

Order #43442 placed 2 weeks ago. Bad communication and no delivery thus far. I'm sure this service used to be great back in the hay day but he clearly doesn't care too much about it anymore.

I mean, i just hope he starts working again after the second september and delivers at this point.
Would be nice that people get on time, but his work really was amazing.
