Facebooks groups is soemthing I’ve thought about, I like it because it’s quick and easy to set up.
Does Facebook allow you to monetize Facebook groups?
At the end of the day I want to make money too.

FB groups are much better because you can control your audience. Yes you can make the groups private later on but initially keep them as public while you promote them via twitter. This way even if your twitter account gets banned, you can create a new account and promote it with the help of your fb groups.

If you are scared to end up like your friend, you should collect an email list of those people so you can promote your stuff to them without getting banned and who knows you may long term build some type of sites like a social network that doesn't censor people or a forum.

i just don’t know enough about emails, and I don’t want to have a huge list of emails. And then have issues sending them or the emails going to spam.

I can easily make $300-$500 a day selling shirts until this account them banned at this point. And I think I’d do that over collecting emails.

I personally never valued email marketing, anytime I get spammy emails selling me stuff Iimmediately unsubscribe and mark as spam. That’s just me.

That’s a really good idea. My buddy was just using teespring. But you can do more on Shopify.

He was in it for the quick money. I’m in it for long term.

That’s a good idea, I didn’t think about it that way or being able to promote a new Twitter.

Well at this point overall even if you don't email at least find a way to get some type of information from those people so you can promote more stuff to them. Maybe redirect them to follow you in another social media such as IG. Good luck

These aren't very quality traffic. Creating a different forum will not convert.

A catchy tshirt/cap would definitely work. Or quickly setup a site with adsense with clickbailty articles and redirect them to it.

I agree with Deleted member 923340s posts, moving to a different forum will be difficult. The Parler thing your buddy did only worked because Parler is targeted at exactly that audience.

Sell them stuff targeted at their views but don't expect them to be a huge fan of "you" and your account. Theyre just following you because your tweets confirm their views and they like that (basic human desire of fitting in).

Morally I'm not a fan of it because these filter bubbles and their confirmation biases do a shit ton of harm. But you do you, I'm glad it's not as extreme where I live.

Good job and congratulations! Sounds very good targeting.
Enjoy the viral growth. It rarely lasts forever so enjoy being influential while it lasts.
Try find something to hook them for a future so that in case you lose your Twitter or the reach, you will have an audience to play around with.
What you can do is create a presence on Instagram with the same handle, Tiktok, a Subreddit etc and tell them "Join our discussions on Instagram: %link% Reddit: %link%" etc, you will spread out the risk.

If you wanna collect emails, offer them something in return but something that does not make it obvious you are just scraping emails and set them up for junk. Such as, cheap clothings etc. and THEN use their emails as part of the shipping and use it that way, to promote a more general store. So that when Trump is not relevant anymore, you will still be able to profit from a high engagement.
Try slowly shifting focus from Trump only to a more general category that will always exist, within politics. Like a more "republican approach".
But like all great leaders, shift the focus slowly and they wont notice a thing. Do not make the subject immediately about something else, but incorporate Trump into it, at first.

You might think that’s a lot of time but if you’re looking at things through the perspective you are now, you’ll end up like your friend a lot quicker.

You need to realize that although people are giving you advice, not many (maybe none) have first hand experience with your traffic, so you need to test it yourself to get the answer. Either setting up a forum or getting an email list in your case is not hard and time consuming. Just do it. Sometimes the results are unexpected.

Also if you are thinking of making a subreddit then my advice is don’t. The largest pro trump subreddit has been banned a few weeks ago.

2) Political Site with Ads, do posting manually since your traffic will be hot, make it look good
3) Anything additional... not even important really, 1+2 is enough

Elections will come, so site will be profitable even if your twitter account get suspended
