Posting my Review.

I subscribed for a free trial but the features I need are under the Pro account so I was given 2 months free after paying for a pro subscription. It took a while for me to post a review because I needed to test all features I needed.

What I like:

-Auto response on comments as some chat bots don't have this feature
-Auto chat reply based on comments, you can set up multiple replies and keyword filters
-Built-in Ecommerce store
-Flow builder is great
-Abandoned Cart
-Support is responsive and really helpful (may not be instant due to timezone difference)

What I think needs improvement:
-Auto replies are too instant, I recommend adding some delay features, people know it's a bot but it helps to make the responses feel more "human"
-Flow builder is great but I think it needs a more visually appealing interface
-Ecom Store currencies at product level
-Tutorials could use some improvement

All in all I would rate this tool an 8/10.
It has a great many features from different online tools and just for the price of one subscription.
It's a really nice addition to your online businesses.

Seems like an awesome tool with a lot of features, but also complex/ complicated. That said I think it is great for stores like cbd on Facebook since you can not advertise (or it is hard to advertise cbd on FB).

Do you get help setting things up when you buy the tool? Despite the guides on the site? Does this work for non English as well?

While both may appear similar, they are in fact very different.

Messenger Bot App is a multi channel marketing tool that started out as a Messenger Bot like ManyChat did, but continued to evolve.

Messenger Bot App allows you to combine SMS, Email, Social, and Chat all into one easy to use dashboard, ManyChat does not.

Another reason to choose Messenger Bot over ManyChat is that they charge based on the subscriber level, we do not.
