We do not work with an existing pool of sites (since those kind of sites are usually just link farms). As mentioned in the OP, we do custom prospecting and manual outreach for every single campaign. At the start of the campaign, you will receive a list of prospects that we have researched for your niche. We will then begin contacting these prospects and negotiating link placement. Before any link goes live, it will be sent to you for approval.

It would depend on the website and the type of anchors you wish to use. Since we do outreach in English, it may be a bit difficult to secure link placement using non-English anchors, but you could go with a raw URL and branded anchors instead.
