Bought the package over two weeks ago. I got an email saying it was completed, but the logs were never posted, so I'm not sure if any work was actually done. I emailed them asking about this a few days ago, but no reply

however the fewer urls / keywords the better the results.

I will be proccessing all logs shortly and get them uploaded.
I can assure you that if we have replied saying that you job was completed, that it was completed.

I ordered the 250K blast on the 25th and the communication was great. I was told when my blast had been completed and was given a download link for my logs......

This is where it stopped. The logs are not available for download, each time I asked I was told they were in the process of being uploaded so I gave it 24 hours and tried again. Again I messaged and was told the same thing 'they are being uploaded today, another 24 hours pass and still no logs.

This carries on for 4 days and when i try again today the site says it is having database problems and won't load. I try to access it a few hours later and the whole site is missing no database error message just simply a 404 error.

Hoping he comes through with this as don't want to think I have been swindled but not looking good at the moment.

Sorry That I have not processed your logs, as you can see we have had major server issues.

Seems that we were targetted by a DDoS attack, which inturn caused the server to lock everyone include myself out.

I have just about got the site back online today & will finally get round to uploading logs within the next few hours.
