There are so many problems in Iran that no one has a chance to think about interest, I'm not an exaggerator, but in Iran the situation is really bad and it's getting worse every day

This is excellent advice - follow your interests. Find something that you like doing that other people would be happy to pay for.
Are you interested in graphic design, programming, writing, content creation, social media, web design or maybe technical stuff like server configuration etc?
You previously mentioned programming (Python) - That would be a good direction to take.
