How i pass shadowban

How do you know that youtube decides about flagging him? And why they decide about inappropriate content?

if ur channel is growing fine but it stops growing and u start lossing subs = yt does not promote your channel for mistery reasons

this is a shadowban in my book

i dont know if u know this but at least in my experience 80% of views come from the suggested vdeos tab

now if youtube decides to not suggest your video for no exaplanation then ur channel will die a slow death

talk about a fucking shadowban

You give words new meanings in your book, no problem, good luck..

not really

no visibility = shadowban, a lot of people understand it like that
i really wanted to know about this..
i had a friend who was getting good views on a gameplay channel like 200k to 1M views for a year, out of the blue, he started suddenly getting only 200 to 300 views per vid, no longer suggested, he tried but getting less views and his channel was slowly dying.

why does this happen? he quit that channel and bought new one. so he will continue with that. what is the reason behind this, i still cant understand this shadowban thing , why they shadowban you?

There is no shadowban on youtube lol it's not instagram!

it's just that channels slow down because of luck of engagement, but If a video go viral the channel will pick traction again.

dude. you are wrong.
if you have no clue then don't answer. i have seen proper examples of channels being shadow banned.

my friends channel had zero issues whatsoever with metrics and engagement on his most recent videos. they were all sky high.
out of the blue, every next video that he uploaded after that point did not get suggested anymore. he was going from 200k to 300k views suddenly down to 100 to 400 views per video. now he gets no more,he tried enough.

he bought a new channel and is continuing here.

there are few other people i known of who experienced the same.

then explain why their content don't get suggested anymore despite third metrics being good??

to be honest i hope that u r right, coz i personally dont want this shadow ban concept to exist coz i have been introduced to this concept recently by my friend and i have been worried lately thinking about it.

becoz if it is true then yt is kind of risky although i havent experienced it myself. i lost the link of the channel,. once i get it ill show u, its one of my friends channel uploading gameplay videos with very high views, out of the blue no more suggested traffic and the channel is completely dead, like barely 200 to 300 views and i swear to u, his previous videos were all doing well.

what the heck is this.

In one of our channels we had a video gone viral out of nowhere and it was pretty dead as you describe! and than it went low and than it blew up again with a different video and after few weeks it went to slow mood again! so it's more than obvious there is no shadowban, it's all about the content quality and a bit of luck!

Do no wait youtube to always promote, you need to grind and promote your video this also can help you to get recommended.

Good luck

Bro im not talking about one video that has gone viral. he has consistently build his sub base over a year and constantly growing then he reached a point where he had decent subs plus lot of views from suggested in algo per video.
for a full year all his videos are performing well and yes He was grinding. uploading daily.

but out-of the blue yt recommend his content no more.
he tried for 3 months uploading daily. barely gets 300 to 600 views.

that's why he kept trying for 3 months. but it's not working. so then he bought new channel.

now back to similar old performance

Read again my reply :) getting recommended by youtube once doesn't mean a lifetime membership lol and if it stops don't say it's shadownban it's just how things works on youtube!

I know a ton of channels that have the same story as your friend's channel but this doesn't means he is shadowbaned, and this term is a instagram term, there is no such a thing on youtube!

and 3 months is nothing, people grind for years to get the lottery ticket of suggested views again! unless you are super viral youtuber and have a huge fanbase than youtube will of course promote you kind of forever...

now back to work keep grinding and have a great day!

are your referring to a video getting recommended once and blowing up? if u referring to that, that is sometimes luck.

but what im saying is after he got big, all his videos were getting recommended. the ones he used to upload daily for an entire year. some vids he upload daily would get 10k to 20k views, and after few days another video he upload would blow up to 200k, 300k views etc.

so I'm not referring to one video that got recommended. coz that would be pure luck.

amd yes i do know that u will not get suggested traffic for ever. like for example if i have a vid that gets 100k views per day i know it will go on for a while then the daily views will reduce and it will die off eventually.

I understand what you wrote no need to repeat, and this is something that happen to channels often, traction have limits! and if 1 video or all channel videos start to get recommended that doesn't mean it will last forever.

oh ok i understood u so this is the info i need to know from you as it was very important

however do u have experience with managing such channels? and if that is the case do u think the channel can be revived if you Continue to post non stop and not give up?

if that is true then I will be happy. cos i was worried about this since yesterday

Any channel can be revived with good content and massive promotion!

a lot of engagement and social signals and very high watchtime and CTR can revive any channel.

ok so incase you don't get anymore suggested traffic u can just use some external promotion techniques to revive it back?
sounds good

That's not what I said! than everybody will just buy external views and get suggested ??

That's not how it works, organic promotion and natural methods works best this days.

Focus on marketing your content and consistency and things will fall back into place with time.

im talking about things like Google ads not fake views

Google ads can help to shake things a bit, but it's not a guaranteed tool to get suggested, as I said very high quality content and consistency and great SEO on the video is key to success but you got to be patient.

having "a huge fanbase" in terms of amount of subs is useless, I can show you big channels that are stuck with very few videos, for instance:

https://www.youtube.com/user/OMGcraftShow/videos

He struggles to get to 15k views in many videos with 1 million subs, and this is even worse:

https://www.youtube.com/user/howtoprankitup/videos

3.15 million subs and cant even get to 10k views in many

Just by sheer statistics, with that amount of subs he should get an higher amount of views. But seems like having subs is useless, its all about getting recommended.

Also, this "daily grind" is I think dumb too. Just because you upload daily doesn't mean you get recommended. In fact, im very paranoid about uploading daily, because I think the algorithm may also consider how much you upload. If you upload a lot and underperform this may fuck up your uploads : performance ratio of sorts. Consider that everytime you upload something you cost money to youtube, they have to host your videos. So if you upload a lot and they get no money, its not really smart on their part.

Of course the people that consistently do 1+MM views with frequent uploads are the ones getting rich. But those are usually famous people, like Logan Paul and stuff. Then you have certain channels that for some reason rank a ton of views consistently and they aren't doing any thing remarkable compared to competition that isn't doing that good. Seems like a crapshot at times.

I have never tried promoting a video (I mean clicking on the "Promote" stuff and buy ads). I don't know how that works, but I suspect channels that thrive don't do that, they just get recommended because the algorithm likes their videos. I have considered using this Promote stuff for the videos that don't organically get recommended but I can't be bothered to spend money. What kind of money you have to spend to get good returns?
