Just bought an account

hi

i just bought an ig account, i've changed the passwd, email, phone number, and confirmed everything.

i believe seller, can revoke the account back easily by emailing instagram or from the email by clicking "secure my account". and system automatically going to back the account to its original email stage.

so how i secure my account and prevent that to happen?

What do you mean "original email stage"

I am quite sure once you changed everything including the email attached or its password, you are good to go.

Unless you suspect he is going to social engineer the support somehow, and that's a different story.

Don't be silly. Sign a legal contract. Legal name, address, etc. Verify it all. Treat it like you just bought a company.

If you change the email, it will get an warning email saying "hey did you changed the email? if not? secure it!", if you clicked secure it. it going to back to the original email! and still can do a quick reset.

I just bought it online, there's no legal contracts online, give me details so i can be follow. dont be stupid instagram doesn't provide a contract form.

I guess u can see if the seller is full of crap or not by checking if he sell a lot of accounts and not only that one. If he sell a lot of accounts i think he probably just want to make money and not do sketchy stuff if not that could be risky for sure.

I think u just have to change the email and put 2fa u be good other than that i think there is no other way

If the seller is legit and has good reviews you should be fine.
If you bought it from a random sketchy site then maybe try changing the password again to override the other email they get when you changed the email the first time?

If you have proof of conversation and payment even if he does takes the account back you have enough proof to talk to ig support, right?

Don't be stupid, I'm not talking about a contract from Instagram.

Get your lawyer to draft up a simple contract and have him sign it so you can enforce it in the court of law. If he takes it back, get your lawyers to chase his ass down. Business 101.

Not a good move to buy from someone random online.
What payment processor did you use? In the worst case scenario you should at least make sure you can get your money back.
