Many Ecommerce Stores, SEO & Adwords journey

Damn! What a journey... You don't have too many questions and comments on here because what you're doing quiet audacious and a bit too bulky for most on the forum to wrap there head around. How do you do your keyword research and niche selection (Wouldn't mind a guide though)?

wow this is a lot of work! i run multiple amazon and ecommerce sites but i dont rank them organically and pbns like you do - following on your progress now!

Amazing journey! It is really inspiring for a lot of people and really detailed, thanks. I started a dropship website last week and everything is up and running. I will work on artikel and linkbuilding right now

Superb Journey! Lot of work! I am super impressed by how you are managing it, there must be a proper system in place! :)

Any update on this journey OP ? Have you reach your September goal ?

I haven't updated this in forever.

This journey ended up changing my life. We're on track to hit $400k in revenue for the first time in a single month, this month. With $260k operational profit. 95% of my income is reinvested back into this project. $1m in revenue in 2018, $2m in 2019, and it could be $5m for this year.

We have over 50 employees now. Site 2 and 3 from OP are still going strong, and represent 50% of our revenue. I'm no longer dropshipping, we have high quality products in America, and we have a lot of repeat customers.

I worked my ass off in the first year, 90 hours a week. I now have a lot more time to my self.

Awesome! Congratulations. How many shops are you currently running? And what´s your plan for the future, let them run or sell them?

It is great. Seeing revenue increase, and repeat customer rate going up, despite no significant increase in traffic compared to revenue, is pretty awesome.

Yea, still mainly SEO and adwords.

Awesome! Congratulations. How many shops are you currently running? And what´s your plan for the future, let them run or sell them?

25. But most of the money comes from 4. The rest has potential, though. Most potential lies in a authority site that currently brings in 25k a month in revenue, I think it has the potential to pull in 1-2m+ a month. We'll see over the next two years!

Initially, I wanted to build a shit load more sites than I ended up doing. We ended up just rushing out too many sites. We have a lot of sites that are just making $1k a month, that are half done, that I consider a failure. Our biggest wins has come from focusing a lot of efforts on a few sites. But atleast this leaves us with more scaling options later on.

Our revenue has actually been pretty good over the last three weeks despite the pandemic. We've spent $32k in helping communities in PH, aswell as where my home is, North Wales. Mainly on PPE gear, and food. I'm very lucky to be in a position to be able to help.

I've been sending money to my employees so that they can help their local communities, here are three with pictures, and the first with some of our masks being donated:

What an amazing journey!! Truly inspiring!

Got some questions for you:
1. Haven't you tried Instagram Influencers?
2. You said you're filling both your categories pages and product pages with content, right? What kind of keywords do you target in categories and product pages?
3. Finally, I'm working on an ecom site where I believe that there is not high competition because of the number of links the #1 Google page result has + I find that most of the ecom sites in the first page of Google are <1 year old + low to none RD (or some shitty and spammy links) + no content whatsoever. I built two high quality niche edits for a page where most of the sites have no links but still in #80. can I PM you my site if you got some time to take a look.

This is proof that SEO is the long term to bank from eCommerce ( not paid ads ).

I will start soon my own eCommerce brand and I will rely only on SEO, I have some questions:

1- Is your store(s) only one product or niche?
2- Do you write articles on the Shopify blog or you use another platform ( WordPress ) and add a link to the Shopify store?
4- How many words on your articles?
5- How many words on your categories/products descriptions?
6- Did you build PBNs or you bought them?

Congrats for the success and I hope you reach more milestones :)

Damn, i cant believe how i missed this Journey!
Very inspiring!! Congrats about your achievements
