Here is a review on the service.
I've hired a full-time staff to help me out in some of my daily tasks. So far the service provided is good but there are definitely some room for improvements.
Cons
1) There should be a PDF or a quick guide to layout the process to explain to customer what to expect after making payments. I was left hanging doing nothing after training the supposedly team leader, and I was not informed of when will the staff be put in place to start working on the tasks i've assigned to the TL. I'm running on a tight schedule--I needed some work to be done and completed in a daily basis so an update from the worker or the TL to roughly estimate how much work/tasks can be done per day by the worker would be nice.
2) There was also a point where I couldn't contact any of their staff including the staff assigned to me. I was professionally told and explained by the TL thereafter the reasons why they were un-contactable during those times and quickly rectified the issue by asking the staff assigned to me to add me on skype.
3) I was told that there was a daily report sent to my email address towards the end of their working hours. But I have not received anything of that sort. I believe they will sort this out for me professionally as well. If they were to send in the report, I could have checked on the work done by the staff and tell her what are the areas that could be done better by leaving him/her an email/skype so he/she can read on the comments before making the same mistake again on the next working day.
4) If there is any task or work that needs to be done immediately, don't expect to get ahold of them after working hours. It could be a challenge for customers from the other side of the globe to contact their workers
Pros
1) They attend to my questions and queries professionally and patiently. They also make a point to ASK if they do not understand any of the work process (I really appreciate that). I need the work to be done error-free and quickly so it saves me the time to check on the work should they not asked and completed the tasks incorrectly.
2) Even though the staff assigned to me is from Vietnam (I suppose?), I do not have any problems communicating with her. It is definitely a plus since I have had language barriers with certain VAs from other countries-- I do not have to spend the extra hours to explain the whole process to them again.
3) They have managers or team leaders to supervise and train the workers for you. In other words, you can be sure that they're only doing your work. --I have to take that statement with a pinch of salt, I can't be sure if that is true but time will tell because I've been doing the tasks myself and I know how much work/tasks can be done in a day.
4) IT's definitely a good investment. I've hired a few VAs directly from India to Philippines. It took me a great deal of time to train and re-train the workers. They can be gone in a flash for another job that offer a better rate--and you're back to square one. With globolstaff, their core business is VA, so you can be sure that they're in for a long time.
If I were to start all over again, I would have just gone directly to globolstaff for VAs, instead of wasting my golden time thinking that I can get a Super Worker else where. If everything goes well, I'll hire a team of staff from them. I'll be back to post more reviews in due time.

Guys just don't expect quality for that price, just a warning. I am familiar with Asian labour and unless you pay more you will be stuck with Chinglish or Indian English Still good for monkey tasks that don't involve needing good English.
