Exactly one month ago (on the 3rd of January) I placed an order and notified @Lychnobius of same. One month after there has been no feedback whatsoever from him as so whether or not my order has been started or completed. I also sent PM asking for updates and this was never replied but he is quick to accept new orders here. How exactly do some of you sellers survive doing business like this?

At this point it is safe to assume my order was not fulfilled and I wonder why. Is there any reason I should not ask for a refund?

The category of package I ordered for should not matter (just in case). Even if it is a 5 cent package you should be courteous and respectful enough to reply your customers!
