How do you deal with returns and warranty issues? Goes with (your) seller?

You simply send the item back to where it came from and get the money back once the tracking number of your buyer has been confirmed.

For example:
I purchase a product on Walmart - Buyer asks to return - I open a return request on Walmart - Give my buyer the Walmart warehouse Address - Product delivered = Automatic refund from Walmart.

The book is worth the money for sure. The issue is eBay ( no fault to the seller) is being very strict with accounts. So, you have to grow the accounts patiently, you cant list 10 products in a week.
