Going on two weeks still waiting for vba to be verified, being asked to send in screenshot to verify i am not trying to rip after he sold me prepaid vcc that shows such on paypal for $25. This is a joke. Don't buy VCC it's waste of money.

you may try different country PayPal account so we cab help you in documentation
