Ads alone would need 1,500,000 - 2,500,000 visitors a month. But if you also have affiliate links. That could easily go down to 1,000,000 a month for visitors. I don't know what the other guy was talking about, but that is doable if you've already got one site with 400,000. It is not outside the realm of possibility.
