I have no clue what is the issue...we get told network problems but then see rumours of power being cut off from not paying landlords. Who do we believe?

in PM they told me it will take 24 hours to resolve the issue. But until all i can see servers are still down

I really don't see how this is fixable in under 24 hours... anyways, got one of my sites up and running on a new host for now (thank the lord backup worked) but have my other high traffic site down for 25 hours now? Unbelievable......

I applaud OS for giving us a heads up email saying we should make back ups just in case a few days back, I just think it should've been in BIG BOLD RED LETTERS..

@virtualpurity OS is one of the best offshore hosting, but this problems will really hurt our website its more than 24h now. please update us so we can know our next step.

I got a message like this. I hope everything will be fully functional soon.

Servers are available over VNC at the moment only - restoration is still in progress.
We expect a full network restoration to be finished in a couple of hours.

@JustRegularUserIMHO me too hopefull its gonna be fixed for real now , tbh i tried many hosting since 2010, the best one imo is OS, and btw this is first time my website is down, i started using OS since 2018, never had problem, their support is amazing boris & vlad, they even fixed many problems for free which i didnt paid them the cost of that, even their support is fast when you have problem! hopefull restoration will be done in few hours.

I really don't want to move to another hosting.

One of our DC had issues - with ownership ( management ) change and now they are transferring all network and billing to new management.

This is causing downtime on services.
