a time-line wouuld be great
in PM they told me it will take 24 hours to resolve the issue. But until all i can see servers are still downI have no clue what is the issue...we get told network problems but then see rumours of power being cut off from not paying landlords. Who do we believe?
Already moved my whole website to another host, couldn't wait more, the 24h limit in their announcement is passing and nothing is being done or no other announcement is out yet.
wasnt this aware off before ?One of our DC had issues - with ownership ( management ) change and now they are transferring all network and billing to new management.
This is causing downtime on services.

Once the network is back up - transfer to a backup collocation will begin - even if previous DC network is stable.
There is an announcement you can read :
https://offshore-servers.com/panel/announcements
Network Restoration is underway. Sorry for the inconvenience.
We are again sorry for the inconvience - it is out of hands. Once the network is restored everything should work as normal.
But if you do not want to wait and wish to proceed with refund please open a support ticket.
