first of all ecurrency exchange threads / posts / request aren't allowed by forum rules. NONE care about any garbage DP thread , if you are enough retarded to give your money to someone anyone from DP ... great 
I can accept also some kind of this donation feel free and drop a line ... None with more than 2 cell brains alive on hes head will not exchange gaypal founds for anything else well maybe for monopoly money . Actually reputation on DP it's something similar with toilette paper ...

Why do we need a smart-ass in every thread reminding us of the rules? I know very well that its not allowed to but I aint looking for no money exchange or discussing how should i exchange money, im just sharing a story of mine.
Some of the ideas are good in here. I sent the dude a pm on dp and a message on twitter, he aint online on msn. Thanks to everyone that replied.

dude hire a guy from BAngladesh..
give him 10-20 bux
and tell him to call safiq
and on the phone he should tell shafiq that he will come to shafiq's house..and will report to the police. as well
if he didn't return the money
he should tell him that he has good relationships with mafia as well..
so he should better return the money or else
that will surely scare his pants off
i mean if u use a guy from Dhaka..that would be great..
coz it will give a good impression..
shafiq will think that u have a good relationship with this Bangladeshi guy..and if that guy can call me than he can also report to the police..as well
that guy should tell shafiq that he has all the chat logs and stuff..that will prove that he did this to u..
just scare shfiq on the Phone that is the main point..

It will not work man. All you can do legally is go to Bangladesh embassy of your country and case a file about him. It will be much more better if you case the claim through police. I am from Bangladesh. I know my country will act fast at your claim. And yes, I think the address of the fucking poor scammer is true.

i remember when i got scammed for 1,500 dollars. i ruined this mans life. very very devilish on my part. made his wife divorce him. (had access to his email, made it seem like he was cheating on her) banned his adsense account. harrassed him by phone for a week straight until he got a number change. and ruined his rep on a popular forum at the time called screennameforum. ahh lifes good
