I uwe crakrevenue and I get a decent amount of clicks and I can scale but no earnings at all :-(

Not sure, but most of them arent around. Now crakrevenue or any other cpa network with dating offers will do.
Crakrevenue is decent, i use it now as well for tests. Probably you have something wrong or wrong angle how you promote offers

I use twitter to promote my offers I usually post adult videos and put links once in two days.
I usually get 100 clicks per day but still no leads

The reason is that the whole twitter is full of these links.

Now I use twitter card as they are generating mire clicks.
Can you show me bc I am still new at this 2 months. I am a student and I go to university.
I have 4 twitter acc 5k followers total.
I also am barely getting any follwers besides if what I follow.
