Flippa.com fake buyers problem

Trying to sell some of my sites on flippa.
But one site already bought three fake persons, who got suspended.
What is the problem, why fake users trying to buy?

They create fake buyer account to bid on their own website. To look to legit they bid on other auction too...

There are fake seller's and fake buyers in Flippa and else where..

Very simple if you know what your site is worth and what you want to get go with that. Dont worry about fakes. Flippa is just a broker.

Just relist, they offer it for free after your dispute. Have to do it all the time.

to make the sale on Flippa. many sellers who do tricks to build traffic. to make purchases at Flippa must be really careful.

Just ignore them, sometimes people signup on flippa and bid their own listings to increase it.

If you know whats your value, just wait for right buyer

The same problem I am facing I create a Shopify dropshipping website and pay $29 for Shopify monthly fee I chose Flippa Premium to sell option which cost $65 now It's my 3rd relist and every time fake buyer Bid more and after the sale completed they were not replying. Flippa give me the option for relisting. But what's the benefit and I don't have more money for paying Shopify monthly fee. If anyone has a solution please let us know. also please let me know Flippa alternate or group or something else where can I sell my website.

You can sell your Shopify store on the Shopify market as well.

Flippa is going to be worst day by day. If they can't control the fake buyers, they must loose their potential listers. You should ignore new profiles bidding to skip the issue.

Happened to me trying to flip 4 letter domains in godaddy auction where the prices were much higher. Every time, the price would get run up to where i wanted it only to end with the buyer being fake. Hate it so much

I listed my site on a classified ad and I kept getting texts that they want to speak on the phone and if I could send them a google code that they just sent. I declined

Ignore new buyers unless you want to ask them questions before accepting their bid. I only fell for one fake buyer before. Stop accepting every bid.

I wanted to sell my website on Flippa, and it feels like there aren't many visitors there. Did their traffic decrease recently?
