It's Google's Broad Core Algo Update for Sept 2019

Was steady in 2 months and got a big rise in 2 days until yesterday which Google announced the update. I'm praying. Hope it will be alright after the update fully rolls out.

The surge was crazy, what did you do there?

Semrush Sensor is quiet right now.

I just started seeing impacts a few hours ago in the US.

Let's see how it stabelizes over the next few days! Hopefully positively

One of my primary keyword gone from 2nd page to outside of search results.

This is what happened to our website just before this update and yesterday big drop but we hope for the best after it rolls out.

Just checked again. All my keywords are droping a couple of positions

I've had a jump in serps on 2 sites.

I've done some work on the sites over the last 4 weeks so i am unsure if its the work or update.

I'm getting some serious drop in ranking too. These fuckers ain't smiling.

OK
So, let's be straight to the point and to the real true.
Who noticed the fact that google stocks climbed 20% after June update?

Yeah FUCKIN 20%!

What I want to say, google makes updates every month and once at 3 months they announce 1 big.

In my opinion on every big update they fuck sites that are not using adsense.

In 75% of deindex, dropping cases have no logic at all and same goes with 75% of what they bring up on rankings, all over shity sites with meme's and gifs full of adsense ranking from 50k to 250k per month traffic.

From june update they even fucked up tier 3 traffic.

Bottom of the line, branding is the next solution cause google will be fucked and fucked and fucked more and more month after month.

Updates are obviously about their bottom line and not any of the quality bullshit. If spam made them tons of $$$ they'd make spam legal.

Good don't need to read that fake news garbage anymore

The news about it shutting down is also fake news. So double fake.

wow, they were bitching so bad.

and what the fuck is this lol

Wow, you get 10% CTR consistently. That's some good work there.

What niche is it? How do you grab people's attention like that?

No any movements in SERPs in my niches so far..

Here neither. Nothing happened. Tens of sites in different niches.

Pretty sure that was there review update that started rolling out from the 18th Sep. It got my main site too with traffic dropping by about 50%.

Saw a small blip on Sep 18 but nothing major. Not what I had expected anyway.

I revamped the site completely. Took a month to get back to its previous position.

Cool. What do you do for high CTR?

20% of traffic down last 2 days :weep:

Saw many fellow members comment the same. Nothing here.

I always fear big traffic spikes because it triggers a signal to their manual reviewers to come review your site.

Manual reviewers are humans. They do what humans do, if you know what I mean.

Well I've been seeing massive improvements on my niche websites as well :) but I bet to give it another week and the things will shake :D

#everytime ...

It's a micro niche, beauty products. I changed almost all the post titles by adding important info to match user intent, some CTAs, and star ratings. None of my competitors add star ratings to their sites so my site stands out in the SERPs.

I know...but we have not done anything special about this website, just same as usual, adding fresh content regularly. So spikes are not our fault/success
We didn't even build any backlinks lol so spike suprised us. I guess we ll just have to wait to see what will happen.

Good work. That's very consistent CTR you got.

You're aware they're going to penalize self star ratings now, right? Watch out for that. If they think you added the star ratings yourself they'll penalize you.

No movement here so far either. I think I'll have a better idea on traffic after next week.

Yesterday-today:

25% increase on rank positions for my local sites.
10% down on rank positions for ecommerce.

Still too early anyway - I think we'll be able to make patterns by this weekend.

They shutted down because they didn't want to play the seo game with google anymore...

Its fun seeing these updates when your source of income online is not dependant on Google.

Hehe

They were absolute shit ... google got it right yanking ccn from the results ... their coverage of TSLA was fricking atrocious
