How do i find domains not only with a decent PA and DA but a high amount of organic traffic?

I found a domain with DA of 60+ and 6.5m backlinks 90% do follow, but considering not buying it as it only had 5 organic keywords and little to no traffic?

Whats peoples thoughts?

If it has no spam then consider buying or finding low competition keyword and building a website around that. Since it has a high DA it can rank very quickly.

Now think about this - Why domain would go expired, if have "high amount of organic traffic"? Then think about this: How much such domain will cost?

On different note - this DA 60+ domain is pure spam. Just saying.

I agree in principle but when you think how many people run websites with no contingency plan so if something happens to them the domain just doesn't get renewed. Also some people don't understand the true value of their domains.

There is a large wide world out there and sometimes stuff happens that results in amazing domains expiring. It is less likely that such a domain with a clean history would drop without someone catching it on the way down but if it isn't a .com domain the chances are higher as many domainers discredit non .com domains outright.

If it's not spammed, then buy it and build a small niche site with it. I can bet that with low competitive/longtail keywords, you will find your pages ranking high in no time.

normally people wich bussines is conected with expiring domains already would buy it (if its worth something - just my opinion)

expired = low value (but still nice to do their job)
expiring with option for repurchase - gold method

That will give you a head start but what do you want to achieve with it? E-commerce, blog.... Depending on the end result you might have other variables to consider.

High-metric and traffic domains will definitely cost you. Suggestion is always to go for auction non-dropped with previous high traffic which can be easy to restore if you'll build a niche-relevant website on the same domain.

Any domain can get traffic and considering your statement that it's more than enough if they get indexed, I guess you think specifically on deleted domains.

You can get lucky sometimes to catch domains on auction that had good organic traffic and buy them. However, those don't come cheap and happens in very rare situations.

When buy expired and auction domains make sure to check their anchor text. If it's with Chinese words, it's a bad one for sure. The same goes with archive.org machine.

The best way to check Chinese letters or any other to see if they are spam or not and what they mean is to use Google translate. If anchors match the site's topic, it's not spam.
