Now I have change my strategy, i make several small affiliate sites rather than making a big authority site

I suggest you to create a pinterest account for your health website, then start pinning everyday. You will get free traffic and then sell the website with good price.

March Update:

Sorry guys I'm always late to update this thread

Website #1:

I got more traffic in March from Pinterest and Google, I think google's march core update helped the website get back to the track, but I have some articles that aren't ranking on top 100 for their main keyword, so I need to fix this first. I didn't add any new article to the website, but I keep creating new pins from time to time.

Traffic: 7000 users (30% Organic Search and 53% Social)
Earnings: 135$ from Amazon

Website #2:

We keep creating new pins and repinning the old ones every day. Traffic isn't stable. To get steady traffic on Pinterest, you need to rank your pins.

I ordered 8 more articles on 31 March, and I get them today. I never face this delay with this writer until the last order.

Traffic: 8200 users
Earnings: 32$ (From 12 march)

Website #3:

Nothing again

Website #4:

This niche has the potential to get traffic from Google and Pinterest, so I will optimize the articles for both of them, but first I want to focus only on Pinterest. I'm in the Keyword research phase right now, because of my tight budget I will start with 10 articles.

Website #5:

Nothing.

what's Next:

Create 3 - 5 web 2.0 links and comments for the articles that won't rank for their primary keywords in website #1.

Publish the new 8 articles for website #2 and continue creating new pins and repins.

Upload 2 articles for website #3.

Order 10 articles for website #4.

July Update

Hi Guys! Sorry for not updating the last three months, so here is July traffic and earnings update:

Website #1 :

For this website I didn't add any more content, I just optimized some product tables that get most of the traffic and added some amazon affiliate links in info articles. To increase traffic on Pinterest I created new pins and scheduled them.

After I get more than 10k visits in June I signed up with Ezoic, and I got accepted as you can see below I earned 119$ without affecting my amazon clicks and conversion. For people who don't know what is Ezoic, so Ezoic is a fully-automated ad testing platform, their goal is to improve user engagement and increasing revenue by 50%+.

Amazon updated their Program Fee Rates, so I get less earnings for each sell.

Traffic: 12k
Ezoic: 119$
Adsense: 9$
Amazon: 108$

Website #2 :

I have more than 30 articles now, and we keep creating and sharing new pins everyday. As you can see I get more traffic from Pinterest this month and an increase in AdSense earnings too.

For this month I signed up with Tailwind and I keep repinning some good pins to all my group boards using their schedule feature, and I tried using the 5 free tribes that tailwind offer.

Traffic: 27k
Adsense: 171$

Website #3 :

I just added two articles, I have 4 articles in total, with two pins in Pinterest LOL. I have tons of good info and commercial keywords for this website, but I will not invest in it right now.

Traffic: 135

Website #4 :

I Thin this is a good niche. I got 16k visits with only 15 articles. I ordered more articles, and I implemented the same strategy that I use with website #2, so I sign up with Tailwind, schedule good pins to all group boards, add pins to 5 free tribes, and creating new pins everyday.

Traffic: 16k
Adsense: 132$

Website #5 :

I will not create any more website until I got 800$ per month from website #2 and #3 combined.

July Total Earnings: 539$

What's Next:

This time I will focus only on website #2 and #3, so I will add more content to these sites. I really liked the tribes feature on tailwind, so I will work to increase earnings on these websites then upgrade to unlimited plan on tailwind for both accounts.

I hope to add 50-60 articles on each of these two websites before 2019 end.

1) WordCount

W1: +80k words.
W2: 45k words.
W3: 5k words.
W4: 20k words.

2) Investment:

W1: +1500$
W2: 750$
W3: 90$
W4: 375$

Hosting : 150$
Themes: 35$

Maybe I forgot a lot of things so it's between 3k and 3.5k on all Websites.
