Anyone know how to contact Nerva?

I have ordered a few stuffs from @Nerva and I believe He is a nice guy and always ready to help. He is among the best article writer on BHW, (although he is always booked!).
I hope everything is settled soon and he will be back stronger.

Ahh classic 'i lost my laptop' excuses.

Just like one programmer from upwok, telling me the same thing, his laptop got stolen, and he scare if the theft will sell all my project files.
Like the theft already know what him suppose to do. And the thief also got all the password/id for him to login to the laptop.

You guys should use better excuses next time.

Nerva is a scammer. He will come out with another name and what ever it is, I believe most of people already know who's this guy in real life, his home address, name, photo etc
You can't put any seller uselessly in frame. If you have issues related to any scam go for a shitlist or may be you are jealous coz you got a content done in a week for $100 or more.

And Internet marketing and marketers don't need a real time id card, a fake name but a good will and with some nice behavior can be sorted.

I just dont believe his excused.

I also dont need to be jealous, because I dont even know who he is till today.

..too.

He has not been banned for any scam, his account is banned as it is compromised - That is the only reason.

I'm guessing he didn't have 2FA in place.

It would also appear he had no password for his laptop and stored all his login/password details in plain text format...
Yes because I saw a thread by his username that the tittle said something like f**k blackhatworld. So people commented that he was drunk. So now it is obvious he did not make that thread.

Yes I even saw the thread that he written as f**k everyone here or some thing like later today, after some time I saw thread that he banned.

You are just triggered cuz you got scammed and lost money. I do understand your point of view since i was in your shoes. But you cant just blame with out facts.

In other hand, if you really wanna do the Damage, call PayPal and tell them that a person trying to sell his account. (yes, this shit works.)

I also use protonmail on daily bases, we all have or preffered service, and nobody can change my mind to move from it.

I had to google to see the thread and it’s 100% obvious it wasn’t Nerva, but now it’s up to the mods to deal with it, I hope they can get him back but then again we need to respect their decision in the end

That wasn't really my point.

In this day and age, you have a responsibility to ensure you protect data so it cannot be used in the wrong hands to cause harm (e.g. financial loss) to other individuals. Storing plain text usernames/passwords is both reckless and negligent.

I'm aware of other sellers on here having their accounts compromised, resulting in people being scammed. I'm also aware that there are some people selling access to accounts on here because of weak passwords and no 2FA:

BHW should do more to prevent this by forcing all Jr VIP/Premium Member/Market Place Sellers to have 2FA turned on by default.

I'll do the same, once i got the money.
Open the thread with the title 'fu** everyone on bhw'
So i would have a reason that my account just got 'hacked'.
That's enough prove, that wasn't me. Because I will never post something like that.
(joking)

Still weird for me, why the theft need to do that, and for what reason?

Hmm, that's an eye opener. I should probably update my password right now, too. The 2fa thing is a pain if you use multiple devices though (I mean mobiles). Is there a way to have multiple devices all creating 2fa tokens for the same account? Not sure, but if that's an option; I will gladly re enable the 2fa thing again. :)

I got a mail from nerva explaining the situation and you won't believe he offered to refund me the btc I had paid, which seller does that if his intention is to scam. I told him I don't want my refund because I trust him. Besides helping me with content he has gone beyond ways to help me. Those that have dealt with him will know he deserves to be back here. I hope the mods will fix this and he will be back.

You guys seems really can't read people mind lol.

Just joking, I mean if you give FBI to handle this 'case', I believe they will just laughing.
I mean the excuses are very obvious point to point, also in term of psychology you know what inside the user mind when he wrote those message, and the timing - when he start sending the message regarding his BHW account that just got banned.

Not to mention the way he typing the message.

Start with Hey
Of course most people did the same..

But it seems obvious though.

Old scam message

New message

Look at the structure.

And protonmail.com ? Really? I only see people use protonmail in dark web.
To cover their track of any illegal activities.

Based on people logic, I could just buy some proxy from U.S
Scam everybody on BHW, and once my account just got banned, I be like
"why i need to risk my old account?"

But who knows, maybe I just wrong.

Well, I'm not an FBI Criminal Psychologist but why the hell would a scammer/criminal actually contact BHW and try to reach out to the clients that have pending orders and credits to let them know that he is trying to get everything straightened out? Now, I am as paranoid as Marvin Boggs myself, however, common sense pretty much dictates that a criminal is going to go the easiest route to get a payday.

That would mean that he would drain BTC accounts, PayPal accounts, etc. since thieves generally go for the cash payday.

That said, you may still be thinking, "Well, the thief could be contacting current customers to get another quick payday, and that may have happened with @PinguSpy, I hope not though.

Again, why would the scammer/thief contact BHW to try to get reinstated and all worked out? They Wouldn't.

It's easy to jump on the paranoia - talk bad about somebody train.

Give @Nerva a break and the benefit of the doubt for a damn minute! This is one of the best contributors here with a stellar rating.

If you have orders with him - pop a Xanax & chill out for a second. It's my bet he finishes the orders even though the money has been swiped.

WTH are you talking about?
I never bought any article from him.
That guy scam me $1700 for the PayPal account.

Here the video conversation.

Just pause and read any part/post.

If his account has been compromised then it wasn’t him, like it or not but PayPal dispute is your best shot, as I have said before he was getting tons of free review copies and scamming for $1700 really doesn’t make sense, he could have accepted unlimited orders and vanished.

However the ball is in BHW mods court they can either comnvict him or acquit him, but if they read this thread then they’ll realise all want him back, and feel he deserves a fair hearing, I don’t remember this ever happening before for any member.

Ps don’t the f..k BHW thing you said before I haven’t met fbi people but these mods are no less, try and ask them to suggest you something to recover your money

Ow, you hurt my eyes, enough of the pink and yellow! Please

Well, I'm not an FBI Criminal Psychologist

I'm also not a criminal psychologist, however there are some very specific things that @Nerva said in the last few days after his account was allegedly compromised and they are identical to things he's said in the past.

So either you have an extremely smart person who stole his laptop and knew all about BHW and @Nerva's past, or you have a good apple gone bad.

I paid him using bitcoin.

As I said many times, he maybe just pretend to get hack, so then he can still keep both of the money and his BHW account at the same time.

Maybe I'm wrong. Let see, but the excuses, the timing, something is wrong here.

Just pause and read any part/post.

Read the whole thing. A few things stuck out.

1) He has no alternative method to contact you, and was likely planning on being available via PM to assist with any security questions involved.
2) I find it strange that the BTC wallet addresses change between days on pages 1 and 2.

To me, it does appear like it was really @Nerva selling his PayPal account, especially as his content service packs were $250, and $240 being in the account is consistent with one transaction waiting to be moved to a bank account. At least from my point of view as someone who doesn't let a balance sit in there.

Findings:

CASE THAT NERVA IS BEING HONEST
  • Working with BHW moderation who have confirmed the account was compromised
  • Attempting to reach out to those with pending orders via @EliteSmith , who mentions Payoneer and BTC vs PayPal as well
  • He had a large BST in the works that I was actively discussing with him up until last week
  • Has always been one of the highest quality customer service and most transparent members I've ever dealt with on this site
  • Email bouncing back likely has to do with the domain associated with Ideastro not working
  • Was active until midnight last night on business-related work per @INCC
  • The thread posted last night was clearly not something @Nerva would write
  • Every link to everything I've gotten from Nerva over time is now a 404, mirroring everything being wiped
CASE THAT NERVA IS NOT BEING HONEST
  • His Ideastro site, Gmail and the site for his new project are all currently down
  • It seems farfetched that some random would steal a laptop and proceed to maliciously wipe everything, even in Detroit, where he notes being from
  • It also seems a bit sketchy and strange to be ditching a personal PayPal account for seemingly no reason other than "I don't want to use PayPal"
  • The copy for his potential new sales thread never mentions anywhere that PayPal would not be accepted
  • Someone offering content writing services via "Ideastro" is on Upwork with a location of Tunisia, not Detroit, offering the same type of services and translations as his BHW content thread
Again, digging more into this, it's all quite strange. Interested to see how this plays out, as I have had nothing but positive experiences from @Nerva and this seems pretty out of the blue.
