I purchased this service sometime last week.
Content quality: Very good, especially for the price. This is one of the best providers of content out there for this price.
Readability: Content flows very well. A passive voice was used just below 10%, which is what I was looking for.
TAT: The seller met the TAT no problemo.
Communication/Customer Service: Joe was with me every step of the way and even went out of his way to give me updates throughout the process via skype/BHW PM.
For around 20k words for $70, you just can't be that. Will order again, very pleasant experience.

This is a very good deal when you consider the price you are paying.
Overall I am happy with this gig and I will order again. When it comes to the content, I think he can improve with topic selection as some of the content I received were irrelevant to my niche. In addition, some of the bonus contents were less than 500 words. I personally would have preferred the extra words going into one of the original and relevant posts.

I ordered 10 articles, but Joe was kind enough to deliver 5 extra articles. Grammarly suggested there were a couple of grammar errors, but I didn't know for sure if there were any grammar error other than a couple of ifferent use of spellings (I'm not a native speaker, for me, it seems right grammar). The content itself could be a bit more thorough, but I didn't give him detailed guidance to let him know what sort of content I was after. Having said that, the content is perfectly okay to use on money site, and I would order again.
