Im having so much trouble finding good re-writers, most of the ones that apply cannot even string a sentence together so thats a definite no-no, and the ones that are good want more money, all the articles they sent me got rejected also,

ohwell i guess i keep looking, im not giving up on AC just yet. did you find you had a lot of bad experience finding re-writers redtide?
Holy crap...I just realized this is my
1000th post at BHW Dayumm! (Sorry if I have my own little celebration here for a sec :eek2::whee::third::frog::loser::Eyecrazy::smokin::wank::cat3
Anyway, @ xxjack189 and everyone - Stick with it and I'll tell you why...
Without a doubt it takes patience to find the good ones. Like Jon pointed out, you can always do the writing yourself and still make really good money with AC, as long as you can write quality content, but outsourcing will be key to getting past a certain earning threshold, especially if you aren't a naturally gifted writer. I personally don't like to type (it gives me a headache), so to me working AC through outsourcing has been absolutely key.
When I came to BHW, I had just been laid off from a job where I had to work in 110 degree weather and work my ass off literally. It was anything but easy. To me personally, the hiring of rewriters in comparison was an EASY walk in the park. It all comes down to each persons perspective on what's easy and what's hard.
It takes patience to find the good ones without a doubt. So many people that I talk to have gone into it with the assumption that they'll have a full 4-5 person writing team in a week. I'll tell you right now that it's not going to happen. I had multiple ads on GAF and simply didn't waste my time with people that couldn't send me a well written 200 word sample.
From examples of people's articles that I've reviewed that bought my book and are still getting articles rejected, it almost always comes down to that they didn't really pay close attention to what I said in the chapters on outsourcing and chose to hire a subpar writer. It's better to write a few articles on your own as you're going through the weeding out process and submit them yourself to get your foot in the door at AC, rather than trying to rush it and hire some crappy writer that's going to waste your time in the longrun.
Like I was saying earlier in the thread, you HAVE to go into this like it's your business if you hope to make it longterm income. Success with AC is all about quality articles so if you rush into hiring somebody that isn't a decent writer, you are only wasting your time...believe me.
When I started the process of hiring my writers, I would have people "come and go" so to speak. Meaning I would hire them and they were good writers, but decided the pay wasn't enough or they decided to go back to school etc. This is why you keep your ads alive and CONTINUALLY create new accts if necessery so that you you aren't just hiring someone and figuring your job is done. Having people come and go is all part of the weeding out process you guys.
2 weeks ago I had one of my long time writers take an offline job and I lost her. I didn't pout about it, I just started up another ad at GAF and found my next writer within 4 days. It's part of doing outsourcing with AC and it's not something to throw up your hands over.
Again, you're looking at this as your BUSINESS. It all comes down to how badly you want to make money online. To me, this is much much easier than creating a bunch of blogs and hoping you make $2 a day from Adsense, or ewhoring horny guys in hopes of getting a credit card submit.
You can certainly make good money with these methods. But to me personally, outsourcing AC is easier, even with the flaky editors that seem to reject articles for no apparent reason, or having to weed through crappy writers to find good ones. It ALL comes down to how badly you want to be the one calling the shots, and in my case, how badly I wanted to NOT have to work my ass off physically in 110 degree weather.
@ Jon - Thank you so much for the kind words mate, There's nothing I can really say to let you know how much your last post meant. You rock man!
Regards all,
Red
