It's a matter of pushing one button. Your "friend" builds a money making machine and can't push one button. Excuse me for being skeptical about this whole thread.
I know that. What I mean is the reason I don't put it on is that for me it's not needed on every page so I don't care to place it every where, maybe that's what happening here. Maybe they have subdomains?

OP does not reveal the domain nor any other info to confirm its legit picture.
It's simply fake or something very shady going and if it is - it won't be paid.

lol has he got a way to bypass the active view viewable data now
I've done this before, using emails with links to a landing page. The page had a bunch of CPA banners and I had an AdSense ad above them all made to look like the rest. I had a 1k article related to the niche so I can kind of dictate what type of ads Google shows.

if you visit the site - it will be visible, at least somewhere, what we see here has nothing to do with the traffic, at least real traffic

Plus, if the "friend" could manipulate Adsense at this level, he would probably be on BHW as well. Why would Ops post it publicly here?

That is an extremely high CPM for traffic coming from Brazil. I'm not saying it's totally impossible, but it's really, really high.
Google ADX for Tier-1 Autos sites pays in the $10 CPM range. For Tier-1 finance sites, it's in the $5-$10 CPM range. And a 30% CTR just screams fraud.
Now, is it possible that this is a special niche site with really high converting traffic that advertisers are desperate to appear on? Sure.
But this entire thing just looks bogus. But I've been surprised before.

I did a similar thing few years back. They were paying me for few months and then blocked my account. At peak I had 200k monthly visits and around 20k$ revenue. He's probably going to get banned within few months. Mine CTR was in the normal range too

I would not.
I got my AdSense banned years ago with $4.5k legit money, now it's way stricter and I try to use AdSense only when no other network has fill, it's too risky and you can make more money long-term doing legit business
