Same issue...I bought 3 times from this seller, and even my most recent purchase (which is january of this year) are down...the hosting is down.
 
Recent issues have been fixed and all orders are delivered .

The last PBN Google update destroyed almost every PBN service here, this service was no exception.
I contacted OP and he respond with replaced domains in short time!
