.edu backlinks..

from SE's because the faster indexing.. faster indexing > .edu baclinks > more PR > more traffic

Traffic has nothing to do with PR but in fact its the SERPs which will get in more traffic for your site. Even a site which has a PR lower than 5 can get good traffic while a site having PR 8 wont get high amount of traffic. PR is just an element from Google which gives a designation to your web page according to its importance.

Yes but if you have a good number of relevant backlinks to your site along with perfectly done optimization which will get your SERPs up as well as traffic to your site.

There are hundreds of .gov and .edu sites that use the webglimpse.net search script that have an XSS vulnerability that can be exploited

Hi All, New to this forum but not new to SEO. Looking forward to learn the blackhat stuff of SEO and share my knowledge.

This is a nice informative post.

Hey guys, this is another trick to find a dot edu blogs. Just type the search string in google

site:.edu inurl:blog "post a comment" -"comments
closed" -"you must be logged in" "put your keyword here"

you can experiment and combine the search string, the "dash" string means that search results with the particular words will be excluded. So you will find some blog to post comment.

I don't think dot gov have any blogs, but you can try to put other search strings that related to dot gov footprints.

@NickFlame
Thanks man! Great share from you :D

I'm sorry to ask a stupid question, but what does the above post mean?

.edu backlinks hold a heavier weight with the search engines. .edu are for education sites which are normally sites of authority which is where you want links from to your site.

Too many people selling this information on other forums like Digital Point, Warrior Forum, etc. Maybe I'm in the wrong business again.

Thanks guys

If you have information people are willing to pay some greenbacks for then certainly sell it to them. If you can solve a problem for a group of people and can sell that information to that group then absolutely sell it to them.

Nothing wrong with it, especially when there is a perceived value to the information you are selling.
