Ecuador Hacked After Julian Assange Arrest.

Over 30 websites belonging to the Ecuadorian government are now offline — some of them defaced — in protest of the arrest of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange.
The hackers are calling their efforts #OpEcuador, and are also promoting #OpUS and #OpUK. The United States and United Kingdom have not yet been hit with any cyber attacks, that we know of.

It is important to note that none of this was directed by WikiLeaks or Assange himself. Supporters are acting on their own with the attacks.

They were the ones hiding him for years. Julian Assange supporters should be thanking them instead of this.

He was hiding in their embassy for years. That should account for something.. shouldn't it?

If I hacked your bank and stole all your money and told you after the fact that "I didn't do it for years" does that make it less bad?

This is only the beginning, more will follow.
The amounts of hacks and leaks that are about to come will make history.
IMO

What does this even mean? What words are you saying? Assange had choices. He chose to stay in the embassy rather than risk being in the custody of the UK government. Assange reportedly spread shit on the walls of the embassy.

If they want him free they should contribute to his legal defense fund, rather than fooling around hacking websites.

That's not really a "choice" that's an "option".
1. Jail and get fucked by Tyrone
2. The only place on the planet who would save me.

A choice would be laying on the beach getting my dick sucked

Finally someone standing against the biggest enemies of mankind.. the banks and the government..

No, it does not account for anything at all.
Because, it was the previous president protecting him.
The current president has already been proven corrupt and has not done anything to protect Assange.
The previous president has already condemned all of this.

The fact that an option exists, means he has a choice. If the Embassy was better than the other option, then his supporters are not justified in Hacking websites in protest of him being given up eventually to the UK. Again, I don't know if the reports are confirmed in some way, but everything I hear says Assange started disrespecting the people at the Embassy and being a disgusting human being.

It doesn't hurt the President. It hurts the people who rely on government websites for information. The weak people who are unable to make meaningful change.

Could this start a cyber warfare?

They cannot strike on the US and UK yet, too stronk. haha

Well hey, they supporting justice with something illegal. But that's how it is supposed to be. Only way to fend off the evil is to get our hand dirty too. Worth it.

Clearly you misunderstood me.
I was not talking about the hacks.
I have no real opinion on that.

If you read the whole thread, you would see that the guy I responded to said that Assange supporters should be thanking the Ecuadorian government, but it actually has nothing in relation to the current Ecuadorian establishment, because protecting Assange was strictly due to the prior president.
The current president has already been proven corrupt from the INA papers.
This is the real reason he's talked badly about Assange and handed him over to the UK.
