I guess you guys want an update to this thread. The site #1 is pretty successful and this is the site I'm putting my time in because the others are still pretty dead.
I have researched 100x low-competitive information keywords which are getting written right now.
I'm outsourcing these to writers which are writing around 2-5 articles@1000 words per day for me.
Total Articles: 220+. Aiming for at least 400 at the end of the year.
Getting around 1700 visitors/1900 sessions(1500 from google search) per day at the moment.
January is the worst month as most of you guys know already. So things are just going to be better in the next months
Here are some earnings. Total ~ 1500 USD / Month right now. Still, a lot to monetize to earn more, but I'm aiming for the traffic right now and will fix the monetization later.

I used several services here, both PBN, 2.0 and packages. To be fair, they have all been a waste of money in my opinion.
Purchase content for these money instead and go with guest posting and outreach to get real links with traffic. You can also build your own PBN network.

I learned a lot from previous SEO journeys here on Blackhatworld. Check out Silo's for your website to structure it. You can check out Incomesch**l on youtube and check backlink*.com and do a mix with that knowledge. *=O

Normally I take it very easy with backlinks. Press release, some 2.0's. I will explain this in a post in a few days further.
Right now, I'm actually not taking keywords in mind so much. I'm writing long articles which are answering peoples questions and I rank for a lot of keywords.
But usually, if I can find forums or Q&A pages in the top 10 results, I see it as a pretty low competitive keyword that you can outrank without a lot of backlinks if you let it age a bit. Will explain also this further in a post in a few days!

I bought some cheap PBN links from fiverr earlier, they were toxic though, because the traffic flew up when I disavvowed them and the given pages were tanked when I had them. So right now, I have no PBN links

Thanks for your suggestions. I did the press release with the hoth and submitted some of them myself. The results were great because I got a lot of both ******** and nofollow links from both high authority and low authority sites!. The rankings are hard to say anything about, because did a lot of changes after that like disavvowed some cheap PBN links and the traffic flew up on site 1 after that.
I think the press release was great for my new site 2, which did not have any links at all almost. I did the press release to my homepage only to get some links to it and some authority!.
I have tried Adsense, which didn't get me that much money. Probably because I'm no expert in setting up the ads haha. Heard of better networks that I would like to join, but need 80k pageviews a month so I may just have to wait a bit
Here is a report of the last 7 days, got some high priced products, which can give me a lot of money just if I'm getting some sales. Nowadays I get some orders a day but mostly lower-priced products. I think because I'm using native ads and product links (Text) in the informative articles, I get a pretty low conversion rate and a lot of clicks. Have a lot to work there.
