[JOURNEY] Two Amazon Affiliate sites to 100$/Day (Ongoing)

Did some speed optimization to both of the sites. The tests were done on articles with 4k-6k words with a lot of images and it's without CDN so I think it's a pretty good result. Using Genesis framework for one of the site and X-theme for the other one and optimized with WP Fastest cache + Clearfy to remove some unnecessary code.

I do also have purchased some links to my new site. I do now have 9 posts published and have done some 2.0's and some other links to them before.
I have purchased a diversity link package with a lot of 2.0's to 3 of the posts.10x PBN links and homepage links to other 3 posts and some guest posts to the last 3. Let's see which gets the best results. The links will be slowly dripped over 30-45 days and I'm going really slow with the anchors, using most brand anchors and naked/general and very few exact anchors. Will go harder with these when these links are published.

I hope we will get some decent results after these links as I have gone very slowly with the link building for a while :)

Will be watching your results I've done almost the exact same link building strat

I have tried Adsense, which didn't get me that much money. Probably because I'm no expert in setting up the ads haha. Heard of better networks that I would like to join, but need 80k pageviews a month so I may just have to wait a bit :D

Here's an article that might help you with setting up the display ads: https://www.rankxl.com/5-ways-increase-income-without-traffic/

Apart from that, it seems like you know what you're doing. Good luck and keep us updated!

Thanks, I will try to monetize the information articles this week and hope to get some results :)

A small update. Things are growing slowly but my site nr 2 is in the sandbox so let's wait for a while for this site.

Made a new site also that I'm going to write around 10 posts for and start building links to. Found an expired strong domain very cheap with some strong links to it and going to make an experiment to put up content on this one.

The site 1 is getting around 600-700 visitors a day and it keeps increasing. Let's go for 2000 a day and I can join better advertising networks than Adsense. Got a link from the strongest competitor in my niche and let's wait a month to see where it will take me :)

Over blackfriday etc I did a lot of sales.
Also doing around 100-150$ from AdSense per month and 50$ / month from another affiliate network.. This will be interesting :D

Quick report. Site 1 is starting getting traction and averaging 700-750 users a day from google and 850-900 in total. Will join the mediavine advertising program as soon as I reach 25k sessions a month, I'm at 24k now so in a few days I will send an application to them.
Earnings last 30 days from Amazon: 400$~
Adsense: 100$ and 70$ from another affiliate network

If I get approved to the mediavine network the advertising revenue will probably go up. At 80k sessions a month I will try to go to adthrive.

Site two and three are still stuck in the sandbox so have to wait them out, but I'm still building links and social signals to them.

Any update about which service worked best?

That site is pretty much still stuck in the google sandbox and I can really not see any of these pages get more traffic than the others yet. I will start to report as soon as I get more traffic to get data from :)

Friend first I wish success on your journey. I also want to someday make money through IM, I do not get it, did you create a blog and published 180 articles on technology and used amazon banners or did you create a store with the products and a blog page in the store?

Thanks a lot.

The site is a blog with informative articles and type of "best of posts"

90% of the articles are pure information articles which are bringing a lot of traffic. A lot of them are linking to the amazon money posts and I'm also using advertising like adsense on these ones.
10% is "Best of posts" which links to Amazon products.

Sorry for the late answer.

Web 2.0 is websites like Name.blogspot.com with a lot of strong links to it which are then pointed to your website. Normally building/purchasing 40-50 expired or boosted 2.0's to each post with drop feed 20 days~. A press release is when you are writing news about your website and then publishing them to high authority press release domains.

I use WP engine with the hosting account of 5 websites for 115$/month. I like to spend a bit of money on a good host, because all the mobile speed that google is talking about. But if are starting with one site, I could recommend bluehost for a lot lower price.

Normally a new domain takes 6 months to start seeing any rankings. Most people will fail with their first site so it may take even longer. Some people starting seeing success in 2-3 months, so it's totally up to you of how much you want to learn and how much effort you want to put into your site.
But I can really recommend reading everything about Amazon affiliates before starting your website, it may save you a lot of money and time :)

UPDATE!

Since I have applied to MediaVine for the #1 site, I'm getting the most of the income from these ads.
Getting around 1300 visitors a day with an rpm of 15$~ and still growing
This means that I'm getting around 20$ per day from these ads and earning 700~ from Amazon affiliate and 100$ per month from another affiliate program.

So in short now it's earning around 1400$ per month which I'm really happy with.

Because I got a bit of taste of the premium advertising networks, I'm going to write another 300 information articles in 2019 and hope to reach a 10k visitors a day at minimum.

Site nr2 is really slow and getting 20-30 visitors a day, but starting seeing a release of the sandbox right now so in the next 2 months I hope it's going to make some revenue!

Oh wow. You have more than 250k words on your first site yet you only bring in $75/month? I'm not trying to criticize, I make $0/month from 20k words. I'm trying to get a handle on the correlation between amount of content and amount of money. Obviously, quality is a huge factor.

Check the latest post, the site is now earning 1400$~ a month from advertising. with around 250k words.
The great thing about these informative articles is that 95% of them are without any link building so I'm pretty safe.

You can earn 10$k per month from 50k words also, it's all about the rankings for profitable keywords and conversions.
