It does not matter where you get backlinks it will make metrics good
these are not spam websites so do not worry.

This is where most SEOs fail! We just try to be safe as possible and the only way to keep the SPAM score ZERO is by building no links.

Well, the only answer to your question is:
Links = Rankings

If the site is not PORN/Gambling or does not look 100% spammy! JUST Go for a backlink, "ASAP".
