lost motivation. any suggestions?

Hello guys, 2018 was a life-changing year for Ie, i made big amount of money I didn't even imagine I will do it since I'm only 19 years old , but since i moved to a new business, because all my old business where black hat way and i want to business that it's growing so i start Ecom,, and i'm doing well, but this month I lost motivation at all since my sales drop down. i can't do anything i just open my laptop and keep chatting or watching

any suggestion guys. since I have a goal to achieve in 2019 but I don't know what to do, I wake up motivated but when I opened my laptop all this motivation gone.

I hope you guys help me with anything. and thank you guys

Here is what I do: I write down my goals and when I want to reach them. I read them every evening before I sleep and every morning when I wake up. When I wake up in the morning I make a plan on what I am going to do today to improve my business. Not only to maintain, but to actually improve. Another thing I do is sometimes when I am in about to sleep I am thinking about what I did today and so on.

Important is: Just do it. Stop thinking, act now.

I will try your way bro , i will write them i have a big board in from of my desk i will write them .and read them. abut i will try to take a break first , i think it's just my brain is exhausted so he keep stopping me

if you watch porn more than regulare (everyday) i guarantee you this is the issue making you lost motivation i have been on the same situation but one night idecided to stop all this bullshit making me lose my time & motivation (porn,videogames,scoailmedia,watching useless videos..etc) and start working my ass non stop.

Maybe you need a break? I personally take breaks when I feel like I've lost motivation, I always write down my goals too.

i'm thinking bro , my friend are all losers i told them let's go and find some suppliers they're just okay when i'm free let's go , i can't go alone because I'm so far from where most of suppliers exist.

so i'm thinking to move and find someone new friend to work with them

Been there. I started smoking weed every single day and I just got lazy as fu*k. I'm not blaming weed,I'm blaming myself because I had no self control. I still smoke weed but 2 times per week because it relaxes me as I have health problems. I started reading books and I started reading other people success stories. That motivated me a lot,also I love to hear/read about how someone else manage to succeed. Also I started going to the gym and I saw that while I go to gym I'm happier and my mental health is stronger so I would recommend you to go to the gym or even start training kick-box like I did. It's a great stress relief sport.

yeah same case, but to be honest i'm thinking about getting into it, it's just that i will never ever buy from casablanca and sell on other cities, it's just soo saturated and everyone basically have the same product, what i want is find a way to bring/buy new product that only few people have or no one have, that was i can sell it the way i want and i won't find much competiton and i can put the price i want

Wait until you go completely broke and when you start spending more than you make, your ass and your mind would whip you hard. When you'll have to start borrowing from the same people whom you lent, your ego will whip your heart hard. When you have nowhere to go, no help coming your way and your self esteem shattered to pieces, you'll get the appropriate motivation to do stuff to make a living!

One thing to try is start doing some walking and exercise. I am in the same situation. What little money
I am making is going into buying some domain names to maybe sell in future, and hosting costs,and now need to buy a wordpress theme for
ecommerce shop. I have little faith that I am going to be able to sell sex dolls on the site I set up.
I keep working on it and the site really looks like crap, but i keep trying hard to fix it.
Problem is some better sex dolls wholesale price is high. i have to charge 4 or 5 times the value of the doll.
at 5 times cost the dolls are very expensive.
So this is my first adult website, because when I joined bhw in 2016 I was interested in making adult site.
I am artistic but so many years of knockdowns, career loss of job that I worked so hard to get, then got sick and lost it,
plus a big loss of money in a store that my daughter started up, with bad business plan Has really
beat the hell out of me.
So all I can say is you are young, you have some money. Use some of the money to pay
to automate the your site that maybe just has a temporary slump. Sales is a bitch.
i help my friend on the weekends sell stuff at flea market. This weekend
we got lots of sales. Last 3 months were awful. Cold rain, then I got sick and miss two weekends
of money I really needed.
Try to cut back on facebook some. You need to give your brain a reast. I am feeling very burnt out, so I
cut my facebook alot.
Also a guy I follow on Instgram is some kind of big money music producer.
He has some good ideas. i think if you search jqsmith, or something you find him.
Maybe I right too much. Wish i could write like this for my website, but when I go there to do copy, it's like
brain shuts off, and can't do anything good. Very odd.

before you start losing motivation, have you figured out why your sales started dropping? I'm only asking, because this will help you get back on track. If you don't identify what the problem is, no matter what you do, you'll feel the same way when you see the sales stats again. What I'm saying is, it's ok to be upset but it's not ok to address the problem. This is the perfect opportunity to use your challenges as a source of strength. If you get my drift.
